They were able to squeeze me in today after I pinched something wicked in my neck, but I don't think I realized how tense the rest of me was in general. She was still bouncing around, head, neck.jaw shoulder, all briefly. At one point she roughly grabbed my ear. Maybe this was her method and what my "body told me it needed" but it was not enjoyable, was painful, and I couldn't wait foe it to be over.
