Beware of this place! My husband and I went to get a pedicure and both were under 20 minutes. Just a few clips here and barely a massage. You can tell both ladies were rushing and were not willing to give quality service! For what though?! They closed in an hour and a half and they had no customers. Why are your employees rushing? The owner/manager had no remorse and only gave me a $10 discount. Sir, I rarely give poor reviews, but my experience here has probably been the worst! I used to come to this place a lot before I moved. I was in town and needed a pedicure. I asked for shellac on my toes and they wouldn't do it... why I have no idea. She never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted just immediately went to the cheapest one. Barely rubbed my feet.. and placed the towels on my legs and immediately took them off. I was probably there for 30 minutes... it was the evening but was not near closing. My toe got messed up when I was drying and I just put my slipper on and left. Waste of $$ in my opinion go somewhere else in Bartlett that will actually appreciate your business and treat you like a customer that they want to return. read more

This place was ok ok ; not the best but not the worst. They were convenient to my home and I could usually get in and out. After going here for about 4 months, every 2 weeks for manicure and pedicure, I walk in one day and a lady who is only one of two people I'd ever seen doing nails there, tells me, after looking at my nails, their work by the way, that the nail tech is not there today. This place is awesome! They do hot stone manicures and pedicures. There is no extra charge. It comes with every manicure and pedicure! This place is immaculate! Always very clean and professional. You must see the twins! The owner is very nice and their prices are reasonable. A hot stone pedicure is only $25. Yes $25! If you have never had a hot stone Mani or Pedi then you must come here. Idk why I haven't written a review yet, but I have been coming here since high school. It's my favorite nail salon to go to for numerous reasons.. You can't beat the prices! I always get a gel mani and pedi which is $50 (what a steal!!), the pedis are always my favorite due to the massage chairs, hot towels and hot stones that they use. Be sure to bring cash due to the fact that they only do cash tips!! read more

Every single time I go, I get rushed to "pick a color" and it is very frustrating. They seem to have different techs for feet and for manicures. Manicures are great! Never had a problem, however pedicures are a different story. There is one woman in particular that (although as sweet as she may be) just cannot understand English Or whatever it is you may be telling her. I've had to get painted toes (not nails) fixed each time I go. And today I was trying to pick a new color and two different women approached me three times in five minutes trying to get me to pick a color. I politely said that I preferred to pick a color out myself the first time. The 2nd time, I told them I would be a bit and that I would let them know when I was ready. The 3rd time I asked the owner to tell them to leave me alone. Well once I got done, they sat me down at the last whose pedicures are terrible and I asked for someone else to do it. The man (I think he is the owner) barked at me to sit down and wait so I left very upset. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the LAST! Do yourself a favor-if you want to feel pampered go somewhere else. read more

Don't bother. They are VERY understaffed and will see customers in any order. They only have two people to do nails and two to do pedicures. I have tried to come in twice now. Waited an hour both times. While they saw other customers before me. I wanted a fill-in both times and they would take care of customers that had just finished a pedicure that also wanted a manicure. I was skipped over numerous times. And this has happened twice. If you want to get your nails done I guess you also have to get a pedicure in order to get see in the correct order. I went for my first time today. They had good reviews and I had more than one person recommend it to me, so I figured why not. The salon is pretty small, I'm sure on a busy Saturday the wait can be a bit long. I just got shellac color, I was short on time so I opted for just the color and no manicure. The lady that helped me did a really good job. My nails are on the shorter side so sometimes that can lead to a messy manicure but it's very clean. It's definitely not a fancy salon but I'm sure that's how they are able to keep their prices low. One thing to note, and I wish I would have known this before, you either need to tip in cash or make sure you tell them to add the tip before they run your card. I never have cash on me and when I went to sign the receipt and leave my tip (like I do at pretty much any other salon I've been to) and there was no spot to write in a tip. It was then she told me i had to let her know to add tip before she ran my card, or pay cash. I will be returning in the future for more manicures. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what this place would get. Walked in for the first time on a Thursday night after work and they were fairly busy. That's fine I had no problems waiting. No one even looked at me when I walked in the door. I look through the polish and picked out my color then sat down on the couch next to a few other women to wait. One of the techs comes over and speaks to a couple of the women and ignores the rest of us. Does not even ask us what services we would like. After about 10 minutes I asked the other women if they had been spoken to and they said no. I walked out. Heed the warnings of the other reviews. This place sucks. Don't waste your time! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Just moved into the Bartlett, TN area looking for a regular spot to get manicures and pedicures done. Went on a Saturday as a walk-in with some new friends, they were very busy but took us right away. Got complimentary drinks and the massage chairs were nice. As soon as the nail tech started working on our feet the fun stopped. They were extremely distracted and unnecessarily rough. Mine actually ripped some skin off at the corners of my nail, which hurt at the time but is now horribly sore a day later. Also worried they were shaped incorrectly and will possibly grow back ingrown. My friend got burned with the hot stone they use to supposedly help relax you- she got a huge red mark! While my other friend's nail tech actually slapped her legs instead of massaging them and was done almost a full ten minutes before we were. My first impression was that the nail spa and tools appeared to be clean, but when we were done and leaving I saw them wipe the tubs with disinfectant and immediately rinse it off, when they are supposed to let it sit for 10 minutes in order for it to disinfect! As someone who regularly get nails done, I was appalled by both the service and the salon's cleaning practices. Do not give these people your money unless you want a painful, rushed service and a possible nail infection. read more

I've had good experiences with pedicures but came last week for a gel manicure & it was honestly the worst gel manicure I have ever had. The nail tech rushed through it. Most of my nails were lumpy and a couple hours later, the top coat had come off of one & it peeled to the point that only half of the nail was still painted. It was such an eyesore that I had to return to get it repaired. The same nail tech who botched the job "repaired" it & he did not even issue me an apology. Safe to say I won't be returning read more

Trying to shop local, my wife and daughter went yesterday for the first time. Although the work performed was ok, the experience was awkward and unpleasant. The man who performed most of the work rushed to process payment before finishing and didn't get the request right. He had to stop to include the manicure after starting the polish coat to the overly. He was not pleasant and did not seem interested in creating a nice experience for us to want to come back. Other manicurists seemed more pleasant with their customers, aided in polish selection and everyone else paid after the services (as is customary at every other salon used). It may be that they happened to get the manicurist having a bad day, but nail services are discretionary and ALL about feeling appreciated and pampered. Even though the service offered was mediocre at best, with $72 of services we still gave a $10 tip. We just won't return and this was a teachable moment for our daughter. read more

I came here with my sister while I was visiting her last week. I was not impressed by the customer service or the services themselves. Upon entering, we were waved over to the polishes and told to pick our color. I chose a Perfect Match for my shellac manicure since they have matching regular polishes for the pedicures. I thought it was odd that they were on the rack, since most places keep them in a box together. I told her I had shellac and they needed to be wrapped. She said she'd do it later. The pedicure was okay, but she rushed through it and gouged my cuticle a couple of times. When it was time to apply the polish, she had said she'd get the matching polish of the one I'd chosen. She brought back a different brand that wasn't even close. I told her I'd go grab another. When I came back, she was gone. My sister finished and went over to get her manicure started. I waited a few minutes, then went looking for my tech. She was in another room waxing someone's eyebrows. My sister asked if I was finished and I told her I was still waiting. Her tech was already applying the base coat for her manicure. My tech finally came out and said she'd finish my pedicure at the manicure tables. What? She stuck my hands in a bowl of heated acetone to soak while she painted my toes. I had to lift my foot up to her lap under the table. It was not comfortable. After that, she scraped the polish off my nails and put them in a cold bowl of water for about a minute. My cuticles weren't softened and she did a poor job of trimming them. It hurt and they're already back over my nails 3 days later. A couple of my nails were filed crookedly. I would not recommend them at all. read more

I'm a loyal customer to this salon, and today I got taken advantage of. I've been coming to this salon for about a year now, and have never had any complaints until today. For the past 2 months or so, I've gotten the same exact thing: a shellac manicure with glitter. It always costs me $25. Today I went in to get the same exact thing that I've been getting for 2 months, and she charges me $30 and says it's because I got glitter. Yes, it was just a 5 dollar difference, but it's the principal and it's unprofessional. I won't be coming back to a place that will take advantage of their customers that way. This salon is NASTY!!!!!! I am a licensed manicurist and I always get recommendations to go to this nail shop. I stopped in this Saturday morning to get a OPI gel manicure and pedicure. The tech pulls implements from under a table and place them on top of the table. I look and the curticle pusher has nail polish on it then I look at the cuticle nippers and ask if they were clean she just placed then in the disinfecting jar. As a manicurist I know you are to wash them first then put them in the disinfecting jar. She speaks with a gentleman and he comes over and I explain the situation and he points as if the implements sitting in the jar are properly cleaned. As I explain to him that this is wrong He tells me Good-bye. I walk over to the ladies getting pedicures and tell them that they do not clean their implements and that I am a licensed manicurist to be afraid I something is wrong with their feet or nails. read more
