I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment today, 3/28/26. I came in for a simple…read morepolish change and was met with unwelcoming service from the moment I walked in. The technician (older guy) did not apply a base coat before applying polish, which is a basic step I expected from a professional salon. When I asked about adding glitter to my big toe, he responded in a confusing and dismissive way instead of being helpful. If I add I want remove. I am like huh! Things escalated further, prior to service completion. I was told to just leave and not pay--completely out of nowhere. I never said I wouldn't pay. It felt accusatory and very unprofessional. When I brought up the missing base coat, I was told I should have asked for it, which is unreasonable--clients shouldn't have to guide trained technicians through standard procedures. The service was incomplete, the communication was poor, and the overall experience was uncomfortable. The older lady said he's upset removed the toe separators and asked me to leave no pay required. I was even told not to come back, which I'm more than fine with. I will not be returning

They had no idea how to do that. They asked if she wanted acrylics or gel. This is a service other places offer and they should know what this is - The polish is already chipping within a matter of hours - The guy who did my wife's nails seemed put out and gave a sigh of annoyance because she wanted her French tips to match her toes instead of just plain white tips.
