Worst facial of my life, that is if you can even call it a facial!! Extremely unhygienic place and even facial techniques! I will not recommend it. I bought a promo from LivingSocial for facial, which included exfoliation for my hands & feet. Right from the start, she was trying to up-sell me for a different costly treatment. When I said to just do what's included in my package, her mood was immediately turned off. She hardly did anything on my face, then put a cold towel and told me to wait 5 mins while she left the room. She came back in and quickly to put a scrub on the top of my hands and feet and told me my facial was done. There was no exfoliation of any sorts done on my hands or feet. I don't know why they even bother to put up a voucher. Please save your money and go somewhere else with better service. read more

This was the most unprofessional "spa" I have ever dealt with. I called several times(once a week) over the course of two months for a laser hair removal appointment after already paying for it on Groupon. For those who don't know, Groupons have expiration dates. Every time I called I was told they could not schedule me and I would receive a call back in the next couple days when they knew the schedule times. When I informed the person I was speaking to that my expiration date was nearing she suggested that I get a refund from Groupon and that Spa Dior would match that price. That would have been great if the Groupon wasn't non-refundable. After contacting Groupon support and explaining everything Spa Dior was putting me though they decided to give me my money back. Do yourself a favor, save yourself patience, time and money by going to ANYwhere else. read more

I always look for forward to the opportunity to get a massage. I work very strenuous hours and it's a rare treat to get to unwind and relax. My experience was the complete opposite of that. I've never NOT enjoyed a massage or felt uncomfortable during one but there's always a first and this one earned rating that in multiple ways. This honestly was worst massage experience I have ever had to endure ... And to be honest a massage is not something you should have to ENDURE. It was not relaxing at all. It felt horrible. The place did not seem clean. I was kept waiting well past the appointed time. And The order of how they progressed through body parts was disgusting and senseless. She started with upper body massage, then moved onto lower body, legs and feet. Which sounds normal but the part that got extremely uncomfortable and NOT NORMAL OR HYGIENIC... Was the last part of the massage Where she kept moving back and forth between my feet and then my face -- all while slathering copious amounts of oil on my feet and then my face.. Never once washing her hands. I've never had a massage therapist slather my feet with oil and then Move right on to face :( And I've never had a massage therapist put oil all over not only my face ---but also drenching my hair in oil. She also put a scorching hot towel on my face right after putting oil on my face ... Great open my pores so it can better absorb the oil you are moving from my feet to my my face The oil was very heavy and extremely greasy. I had to go back to work for meetings after my appt and I left looking like a homeless ‍ person with a not only a super greasy face but also greasy hair Even after showering that night I still felt dirty and greasy. I have never wanted a massage to end so bad. The last few minutes- I grew increasingly uncomfortable and was stuck laying on my back and forced to stare up at their stained drop ceiling visibly obvious that they had a leak and water stains- by the look of them This has been leaking for a while. Who knows what's behind the tiles or if there's mold growing in there. A drop curling tile is a few bucks at any home improvement store And such an easy fix - One that even a unskilled person could do in a mere couple minutes. So while I laid there counting the minutes till it was over - I couldn't help but think ... It they can't be bothered to attend these type of minor issues of interior building maintenance or wash their hands before slobbering my face w/some kind of oil and hands that had been all over my feet What else don't they keep up with. How sanitary is this place? They are also located in a plaza on a busy road in Waterbury and the noise of bass thumping stereos from Cars whizzing by fills the massage room with a constant and loud ambience you would expect to find in a club not a place of relaxation . I had a deep tissue massage and it was great. Jan Marie was professional yet made mr feel comfortable. I was relaxed and my pain gone. I'm a lil sore because it was a deep tissue massage but that's gone as well. I got some feet reflexology and if wasn't for the fact that my time was up I would have fallen asleep . Completely disappointing customer service. I waited for over 45 minutes to be helped. The receptionist was nice, but the owner, who I assumed was performing my services was talking to a real estate person or some one and kept saying I'll be right with your. Then she began looking for tax returns etc. and then started going through them with the person there. After 45 minutes it became clear that customer service was not her priority. She completely disrespected my time. I work 2 jobs and have a small child at home. I do not have extra time to waste. I had to leave based on other commitments. I have a massage as often as I need it sometime 2 to 3 times a month. I have always received the best treatment and that is why I return so frequently. Always relaxed and works on my issues first then may move to other body parts if needed. Worst mani/pedi. Pedi:Had to ask to stop filing, she was filing my skin, not the nails-2 toes were bleeding. Mani:my fingers were not soaked, instead she started scrapping and pushing my dry cuticles. Went to begin putting the gel on without trimming/shaping.
