Absolutely awful business!! The place is dirty, disorganized and extremely poorly run. My daughter and I went there for a full set of nails, eyebrow wax and gel mani regular pedi. The owner wanted to charge me an extra $20 for using different colors of pink! Outrageous, never saw that tactic used to squeeze more $ out of people. As it was our bill was $148 before the tip! The saddest part was I had a new woman just starting today. She had no training, was completely overwhelmed and no one wanted to help her. It was as if they wanted to see her fail! It was hard to watch. She did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. I gave her $20 tip because I felt extremely bad for her. I love this place and have Been coming for a few years. They always do a great job no matter who you get. I didn't give 5 stars because I noticed they are not cleaning the chairs between clients. This is my GO TO nail place. Every two weeks, Nuch is my girl, she is thorough and efficient and always knows what type of nail design I want without me saying it. Getting an appointment is easy. Pedicures are excellent. Service is always with a smile and never rude. A free glass of wine is key after a long day. The sign says tip in cash only but you can tip on the card if you forget money (as I often do). There are many choices in this area and 3D is by far my favorite. I normally come here every two weeks for my mani and once every three weeks for a pedicure. Unfortunately due to my work schedule, it's always when I can find time and can't really set appointments too far out. Today I came in for a mani and got a nail tech that hasn't touched my hands yet. The words that come to mind after getting my gel manicure are rushed and rough. Is a manicure not supposed to be relaxing? I could understand if the salon was extremely busy. But it's Monday morning and you barely have 5 customers. Don't understand why this nail tech rushed her way through my manicure. While rushing, she was extremely rough. She pulled at my cuticles extremely fast and rough. She dumped cubical oil all over my hands instead of using lotion at the end. The hand massage lasted about 5 seconds for each hand. Again, I frequent here at least once a month (if not way more than that). Extremely disappointed with today's service. What was mean to be a relaxing service, turned into an awful experience. The best nail salon I've been to hands down! The lady I had was very professional and got my nails right! I had previously came in with non-gel acrylics from a not so good place. They only do gel acrylics here so I got a fill of that over my non-gel ones and let me say: she did a beautiful job! She took very detailed attention to my nails and fixed them up well. They offered complimentary wine while getting my nails done and even a nice hand massage in the end. Well worth the price compared to other places that do half the job they did for that price. All about who you make an appointment with. I get my nails done by nick and have never had any issues with the quality of my nails. He never does a rush job and always pays close attention to detail. I have gotten pedicures here in the past but find they are either a hit or a mess. Some have been quite poorly done and some have been very nice, all depends who you get. I also like jack to do my nails if nick is not available. They have good colors and good chrome options as well. I enjoy the complimentary wine while getting my fill as well. Pretty reasonable pricing for the nails I get done. Overall this has become my go to for my gel acrylics. read more

I'm not perticularly a very high maintenance person so doing my nails is a very rare occasion for me but after going to 3D nails I might just have to change that up. My mother treated me to some self care and when she told me they serve wine I was all in! First thing when I walk in the owner stops what she's doing and greeted us and asked what we were in for today. She told us it would be a little wait and it wasn't long at all. One of the employees took the time to explain the process to us. We were getting pedicures and we decide on the deluxe package which included: basic pedicure plus massage and a candle wax treatment I had never seen before but my feet are as soft as a baby's butt now. After I sat down they offered me wine or coffee and told me they had red or white wine and also water. I love how my feet felt and looked after they were done. Very clean and professional and most employees speak spanish. Speaking of employees the owner was very nice and that also refects on to her staff because they were also very nice. I actually ended up talking to the lady who was servicing me and she said she loved she job and that the owner was very kind and treated everyone so we'll. I'm impressed! I came to this establishment for the first time on Sunday 3/24 with my sisters, and was utterly Astonished at the friendliness of all of the staff. We were greeted by all of the workers it was very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I got a Meni/Pedi my sisters got Gel manicure, and one a full gel set. We were all happy with our service. I am very self conscious about my feet; I have ugly scars from surgery and the lady that worked on my feet did not look at them in disgust as has happened to me in many other nail salons, the mall many nail salons to name a few.. would've definitely walked out if that would've happened. She was not friendly at all towards us and we are Asian and it's an Asian salon and the receptionist is white. I did feel slighted by her and won't be back. I also felt they also rushed my pedicure and did a decent job but I didn't feel I got my money's worth. My mom's manicure and pedicure were ok. We definitely didn't feel pampered. I had really high hopes in this business. I went to get my nails done with my aunt who was going on vacation and had heard of this place. We were greeted at the door and told to look at colors but I felt rushed. They told us to take the nail samples with us while we got our pedicures (okay cool). We were offered wine (brownie points!). The whole experience was very rushed though. The people are sweet but I don't feel like this was the best my nails has ever turned out. However, the last times I got my manicure done I did not like it. The lady AMY did them and rushed so much and didn't even take her time to clean my cuticles, or even cared how my nails came out. She just cared about how fast she could get do them so she can take the next customer. Also, while she was doing my nails she kept getting up and stopping to talk to other people or do other things. The first time she did my nails she did the same thing, but I was understanding because they were busy. I was told about this place from a friend. So I needed a fill so I went. I called ahead and asked if they accept walk ins and they said yes so I went. When I got there the people seemed nice. This girl that started doing my nails was very nice. Then someone came in and asked for her and so she sent me to this other person. So I went to him. He was very rude and very rough with my nails. While he was filing my nail a lady came in and said she had an appointment with him so he said "ugh I told her (the First Lady that did my nails) I had an appointment. Upon arriving around 12pm on a Friday I was shocked at how busy it was, i know, not smart on my part! Took a few minutes of me standing at the front podium for someone to actually ask me what services I desired. Once I spoke to someone I told them I would be back in an hour due to how crowded it was. I made a reservation via their FB page three days ahead of time for pedicures for three people. When we arrived at our time, no pedicure seats were open and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the first in our party and another 10 for each of us after that. I got a pedicure and it was awesome. My feet were so soft and smooth after. They looked brand new if that even makes sense. I just got the standard polish and it lasted weeks!!! It didn't chip at all. The place is very spacious and clean. The staff is wonderful. The young girl who did my pedicure was so sweet and nice. She let me know everything she was doing and was very attentive. And I also love how they offer you something to drink. They have wine!!! I've been coming hear for awhile and always had a good experience, Unfortunately today was my last day as my experience left me and my daughter upset and we both need to spend more money to get nails and feet fixed. Jenny was extremely rude blaming me for not liking my nails when in fact the color I had on my nails they couldn't find the matching color and was trying to give me something that didn't match . My nails and toes don't match and the color she gave me looks horrible she refused to take it off and wanted to charge me 15$ extra to remove it .
