I did a package with massage and pedicure and added on a gel manicure. The place felt small for doing all of these services. The robe is thin and not a soft and comfy one like most spa places. I had the robe on for my pedicure since it was before the massage. The pedicure is in a small room but you have to pass by an office area so men were walking in and out while I picked out a nail color. I didn't feel comfortable considering I was in a robe. The pedicure was nice and so was the massage. They charged an extra $20 to remove gel polish which I have never been charged for this anywhere else. It took the lady 2-3 times until it was totally removed. Other places do it the first time around. The gel manicure took a long time - hour and a half. She did a great job but I didn't plan on being there for almost 4 hours. read more

If customer service is important to you, Spa Bleu is not the spa for you. I rescheduled an appointment because of life circumstances and I have rheumatoid arthritis so I need frequent massages. The spa rebooked my service without letting me know they were charging me for it and when I noticed it I called and the manager (Devin) refused to add it to my rescheduled service, she let me know I would be additionally charged. I emailed the owner (Lenon Page) asking him if we could speak to rectify the situation and he let me know there was nothing to speak about with me personally. Didn't even give me the decency of calling me back. I then called him and said I was disappointed in the treatment I was receiving by him and his staff. He was very rude and condescending; he talked over me throughout the entirety of the conversation, then wanted to know why I could not make my appointment, which I thought was very personal. I've never had to explain my life situation to an establishment that's meant to relieve stress. It was awful. I truly have never experienced such poor customer service when I thought for the price of the services, this spa would be accommodating, friendly and relaxing. It is apparent to me that Spa Bleu could care less about my arthritis and keeping me as a customer. Lenon Page made it clear to me that they do work with emergency situations after he told me there was nothing to talk about via email and stated it again on the phone, which made it clear that he did not consider me. I am extremely disappointed and shocked and disheartened that I was not respected, valued, or appreciated as a potential customer at this establishment, and I discussed this with Page; he let me know he has a business to run and didn't have time for it. To be clear - me being charged was not the problem and once I talked to Lenon Page I could care less about the money. When i spoke with Devin I was given poor customer service and I hoped talking to Lenon would soften the blow. But he was worse than his manager. Clearly they have a culture of disrespecting their clients. I was completely disheartened that he wouldn't even speak to me. read more

Spa Bleu - Massage Therapy Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

I've been here on numerous occasions and have had a great experiences. The spa and staff are welcoming. I brought my mom to get a massage recently as a Christmas gift, and she has back issues. Her massage therapist did not provide enough pressure as requested and my mom was out of alignment when the massage was over. My mom mentioned that she had a few knots on her neck and the therapist grazed over the knot and did not work it out. I was very upset hearing this as I planned for a nice relaxing day, but unfortunately my mom left without feeling relaxed which eventually turned into pain. read more

We LOVED it here. It was very professional and relaxing. The staff was great and the service was better than I expected. There was a little mix-up in scheduled services, but we didn't realize it until it was too late. It was fine. Just a miscommunication on my behalf. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back. Add the hot oil scalp massage to whatever you do!!! read more

This spa is honestly just ok. Nothing special. I wasn't wow-ed by anything. My facial was fine. It was relaxing but definitely not the quality of what I am accustomed to at my local Natural Body Spa. The massage was somewhat satisfactory- Front desk staff was friendly but not overly enthusiastic. I would not really recommend this place as a "must do" when on vacation. Maybe if you live in Savannah and want a spa treatment it would be nice. I just didn't see the value in our visit. Wouldn't recommend it to friends or visit again. read more

Each experience at Spa Bleu has been nothing short of relaxing. They are the only place in Savannah I'll go to for massages. Just recently had a facial, and the lady was incredibly informative about assessing my needs, and clearly and kindly stating what would be up charges, if I decided to go with her suggestions. Absolutely a must-go if you're looking to relax. read more

I won the jackpot when I got a facial at Spa Bleu. Kayla was fantastic, she explained the entire facial process and immediately put me at ease. The staff is super friendly and their products feel luxurious in my skin. Highly recommend getting yourself an appointment here! read more

This spa was absolutely amazing! We had to cancel my cousin's bachelorette at the last minute and we're scrambling to make plans. I called Spa Bleu and they were able to get our 6 person group in for 2 hour long massages, a 30 min massage, facial and 2 pedicures. The day of the appointment, I received a call that one of the masseuses was out sick and would we like another service instead. We opted for a second facial and the spa gave us a discount on the entire bill! We also added additional services while there and they were very accommodating. Our entire party said they loved the service and we all bought spa products from the shop at check out. Overall great experience! Thanks Spa Bleu! read more

Wonderful massage experience! I booked appointments for me and a friend coming to visit for the weekend. I was a little worried after reading some reviews about the front desk and service, but our experience was phenomenal. The two guys at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful. Spa Bleu has the ambiance of an upscale salon while still being comfortable and relaxing. My massage therapist was Tara. She talked me through what I should expect and asked me what type of pressure/spots I preferred before we began. I appreciated her professionalism and comforting personality. I had the 1 hour Swedish massage, and it was seriously one of the best I have ever had! I will definitely be booking my next appointment soon! read more

This place was okay. I believe it only truly caters to regulars. I took my mom here for a Mother's Day outing. The staff was nice. The service was mediocre. read more

If I could get a message every week I would choose this place over and over and over. It's so relaxing and so nice to be treated like you deserve this break from whatever business that is your hectic work life. The message therapists are always on lint and get down to business. They listen to what you need and get it done. The pedicure is great too but the message is my favorite part! read more

Megan does a great manicure, pedicure, wax and facial. I'm not a huge fan of their facial products - they're all organic, which is usually a plus for me, but they weren't strong enough for acne-prone skin and it wound up being more of a relaxing facial than a cleansing one. Still, a cute little spa, friendly and clean and laid back. There's also a SCAD discount which is a nice perk! EDITED: Had to stop coming here because they literally mismanaged every single appointment I scheduled. After the 5th error on their part putting the correct time and date into their books, then expecting me to re-arrange my schedule to accomodate their mishap with no discounts or anything on their behalf, it's too much of a hassle. It's a nice place but too unorganized for my business. read more

I want to love Spa Bleu...especially since they were very helpful during my short visit to Savannah - calling me a cab and directing me to a cool spot before my service...however I left disappointed in my services and that is what this review is on. My appointment time was 3:15 so I was there at 3:05 to fill out paperwork. I felt like I had been waiting a while and when I looked at my phone it was past my appointment time. I was in no rush so I'm happy as long as they make up the time. I get taken back at 3:22 to change and the massage therapist comes back to start at 3:30 (15 min late). She gives a pretty good massage but doesn't even touch the front of my legs (which is weird since I told her the back on my legs were slightly sunburned but she did a quick massage of them anyways). I added on the rosemary organic foot ritual and she says she needs to leave to get the materials (these appointments were booked together so she should have been prepared but I digress). I check my phone and the time is 4:11 --- so 41 minutes of my 60 minute massage. A lot of time passes so I again check my phone, the time is 4:17...she returns a minute or two later and starts my next service. The foot massage was not relaxing or enjoyable and the scrub was abrasive with no liquid that would make it feel good. It felt like someone rubbing hard powder on me (and I worked at Bath and Body works for 4 years in college -- I know scrubs!). Thankfully my service ended at 4:46. I was annoyed I did not receive a 60 min massage as billed and that the foot ritual service was not a good one. Additionally the massage bed was super uncomfortable (and I've never thought that before... I'm used to comfy heated adjustable beds and these were definitely not!) I had been looking forward to these appointments for two weeks as the last stop before flying back to DC. I think I'll stick to spoiling myself at other places. read more

I really like this place! I went there for a spray tan and the gal did an excellent job. It was beautiful inside and very fairly priced. Highly recommend. read more

Five stars with a few adjustments. A spectacular visit with my mom. Visited my mother and treated her to a spa package. We both got a massage and facial. My mother also had a reflexology session and I had a foot soothing therapy. We also had a little tea break with small bits of deliciousness! What a treat. All experiences were exceptional. The masseuse use heated towels to help ease muscle tension. Spectacular! All natural ingredients used, this truly is a special place. Wish I lived closer, it would be my monthly routine. Things to do to make it better... Kudos for calling the day before to confirm the requested services. Though I planned this a month in advance AND sent a confirmation email spelling it all out, they still had it wrong. Double check before you go. Second, when we got there there were six people waiting to get started including me and my mom, but only 5 seats. I had to fill out my information standing up! Not a relaxing way to start. Should have been more attentive and put us in another area so could be comfortable. Third, I'm used to either a heated bed or heated blanket. It was very cold at first. We are completely naked, the bedding is cold at first! Finally, the woman that did my facial was great and pleasant, but there was a hint of smoke on her breath, not too much to be overwhelming, but defiantly there and off putting. This took away from the relaxing, organic, holistic experience. I offer these notes to help make a nearly perfect experience superb. I highly recommend this place and will make a special detour whenever I'm within 100 miles on Spa Bleu! read more

I enjoyed my services, but the woman working at the front desk needs to go. When I arrived, she was on her cell phone on what was clearly a personal call. I'm standing there awkwardly waiting to check in while she continues to talk. She finally looks at me - with the phone still to her ear - and says "I can help you". Oh, can you? So nice! No smile, no "how are you?" Nothing. Blank, rude look on her face. I tell her my name and she says "I'll tell them you're here". I go have a seat in the waiting room (after fixing my own glass of water) and she proceeds to continue her personal conversation. I guess she's going through a breakup because it was "I just don't even care any more. I asked him if we could talk or go see someone and talk to them and he said no. He's just done". So unprofessional and at that point I was so pissed that she seriously acted like I inconvenienced her by coming in. However - judging by other reviews here, this is typical behavior for her and they obviously haven't done anything about it. So I guess my review will fall on deaf ears so who knows why I'm even typing this‍ My services were great. All 3 of my ladies did a great job and were super friendly and accommodating. For reference - I had 3 services and spent $425 there. I just would expect impeccable customer service from start to finish for that price. read more

I was very satisfied with the deep tissue massage that I had with Keelah, she was able to target the areas that needed to be relieved. She followed the specification that I asked. Very professional and did what she had to do. Then, I had my mani and pedi, and they did a wonderful job so that I am all ready for my son's wedding. read more

Great massage from Cassie. But I will not return as it is not the spa experience one should get from reception on the phone nor in person. Very odd energy; not friendly. The spa experience starts from the door. I waited in the lobby while my friend had his services. Reception seems to be nicer to regular customers from what I observed. read more

Just had my third great massage this year from Keelah. I arrived a few minutes late and they whisked me away into their massage area. They own an entire floor so everything is quiet and private. Keelah is a fantastic masseur. I suggest her for athletes and people who know what a good massage is. She understands all the muscles and body parts as if she was a surgeon going inch by inch down your back, spine and legs. I have had many other services here, facials, waxings, manicures and they are all above average for Savannah and any major city. They have extremely fair prices and accept walkins on slow days. Make sure you schedule an appointment early in the day because as people come in later and later in the day, appointments do tend to get pushed back (such as with any service such as DR and Dentist appointments) Spa Bleu has also been rated #1 and #2 for years in a row for best place for massage and manicures etc. So why not try the best? read more

Lisa did a great job with my spray tan. I'm very fair and have a nice natural looking tan after seeing her. None of the dreaded heavy/light spots or unevenness that can happen when service providers rush or are ill trained. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Savannah! Polite staff in all interactions. read more

Amazing service at Spa Bleu. It was my first time there and the woman who did my facial was so kind and helpful! If you go to SCAD they offer a student discount which to me is a bonus! Such a relaxing atmosphere and I will definitely be going back! read more

I was skeptical at first. Spa in the middle of downtown Savannah? I was expecting noise and chaos but as soon as you walk in, you already feel different. Thanks to the aromatherapy at the door. The staff was very friendly and since i was only there for a business trip, I didn't know what services to get. I just knew I needed a massage and I needed a good one. They helped me sort through what they offered. Chelsea was super sweet. Very professional and helpful. Like i said, it was a business trip so i couldn't have been the easiest client but i felt right at home and comfortable. More than what i came in for, i left at peace and so happy with the whole experience. The quiet spa ambiance + a knowledgable masseuse = a worthwhile trip. I will definitely be going back the next time i'm in the area. Just wish San Francisco had the same level of service and experience. read more

Keyana did a fill on my lashes and did an amazing job. The next time I needed one I made the mistake of changing what I was having done and then having to cancel. Their cancellation policy is the absolute worst - within 24 hours or you're charged half of the service you were scheduled for. Go see Keyana but mind the cancellation policy. read more

I booked a massage and pedicure for a group of 6 as part of a bachelorette party. Staff was quick to respond to emails during the planning process. Each person we interacted with had a smile on their face and was incredibly welcoming. The ambiance was so relaxing and we enjoyed the complimentary tea and wine. The massage was INCREDIBLE! I would absolutely return if I lived in the area. I highly recommend!! read more

Southern Hospitality is working here. I was running late for my massage because I couldn't find a parking spot in downtown Savannah (imagine that). I called the Spa and spoke with Samantha - she offered several options and then looked out her window. She saw a free parking space at the corner of Broughton and Bull. Lenon - one of the owners went outside and stood in that spot for me. I pulled into the spot, went to the meter to pay and Lenon said he had already paid for me. My technician for my massage was Crystal who calmed me down and said we were good timewise. 90 minutes has never been so relaxing before. This place is great read more

If I could give this place less stars I would. They take advantage of people by throwing policy around to take my money even if you call in advance to cancel an appointment due to an emergency matter they will take your money regardless if you don't get a service from them. They hardly ever pick up the phone and clearly they don't check their voicemail or call people back! I received a gift certificate from my kids and after all that happened I don't want to get a massage there at all and they refuse to refund the money they took out of my account for not being able to make it to the appointment I did call to cancel and they refuse to give me my money back for the gift certificate! Talk about robbing people. Becareful before purchasing gift certificates or canceling appointments regardless if you have an emergency on the day of your appointment! READ POLICIES or else they will steal from you! read more

Be aware of their gift certificate policy. It's written on the website 1 year expiration. It is not, however written on the actual certificate. I spent $185 for my daughter to use there services. Thank you for a great afternoon, the two clinicians I met Lacey and Kayla were very professional and friendly. They helped me forget about this pandemic for a while today. I'd recommend a visit to a very clean and friendly place. Thanks again read more

Absolutely the best Spa and massage service in town! I have been to most of their competitors and they provide the best service, hands down!

My husband and I came here today for some peace and quiet and to escape from our needy child. We had reservations for the Couple's Retreat package which includes customized massages with organic aromatherapy, organic skin specific facials and pedicures. I appreciated how our specialists listened to each of our concerns and focused on the problem areas we needed more attention to. They also made sure to adjust the pressure to our comfort level. As for the facials, the products felt and smelled really nice. While I had product brushed onto my face and set for a few minutes, I received a very relaxing scalp massage that made me want to purr if I could. The towels were clean and did not smell like mildew like a lot of other spa towels do and the facility was clean and decorated nicely. The room we were in was very spacious. The interaction with all the staff from the receptionist to the manager was very pleasant. They were all very friendly and professional. We loved the facility, location (just off Broughton), service, products, staff...we can't wait until our next visit! read more

I never went to my appointment and got charged $380 bc I didn't cancel. Asked the guy on the phone I made an appointment with why he needed my credit card information and he said he needed it as "collateral" did not tell me I was gonna pay the price in full if I didn't cancel in time. Think I would've remembered that little bit. That is an ugly ass policy that allows their business to greedily take money from people.
