It's unique & so worth it! I've also purchased the tan extender, instant bronzer and gentle cleanser from here & have had great results using all of them to keep my tan going for even longer :) Becca is incredibly friendly & talented. Michelle saved my life Friday afternoon. Id recently switched my moisturizer and I'd gotten a beet spray tan where I live before coming to Savannah for my wedding, and the tan just did not take on my neck...the new moisturizer created a weird barrier and I was mortified bc my wedding dress was strapless and it was so so obvious and couldn't be covered with makeup. I looked like I had a collar on or something. Michelle squeezed me in, worked her magic and completely blended everything! It was perfect!! And I got some of her beet lotion for the day of the wedding to help blend it out even more. She was my lifesaver! Her talent is unreal. Go to her. You won't be sorry!

What was left was an orange streaky mess that looked no better than the cheap spray tan booths. I called to reschedule and she said that she would respray me at no charge. After that text message I tried to make an appointment and she ignored all my calls and text messages for almost 2 weeks. At that point I asked for a full refund and still no response from her. Save your money and go to a real spray tanning spa not some tiny room in the back of a building. This was a total waste of my time and money and the results were worse than any tan I've ever had. If I could give less than one star I would for somebody running a business by herself she should know that the customer is always right all she had to do was fix the crappy tan job that she gave me and I would've been a happy customer but instead she ignored my text messages and calls, and kept my money. That's when I came across SugarBare Sugaring and Wax Studio on Google -- and I'm so glad I did! There were great reviews for many of the staff here, but Jenifer's reviews really stood out to me, so I decided to book with her. From the moment I walked into the studio, I was warmly greeted by a sweet lady at the front desk. The cozy atmosphere, soft lighting, and calming energy immediately put me at ease -- even the couch was super comfortable! When Jenifer came out to greet me, I was instantly struck by how BEAUTIFUL she was, with the sweetest and most genuine smile. From start to finish, my appointment felt like I was just hanging out and laughing with a girlfriend over coffee -- even through the sting of the sugaring! She made the entire experience feel relaxed, easy, and surprisingly fun. What really impressed me most was Jenifer's honesty and integrity. I had originally booked a Brazilian and a mini V-cleanse. After finishing the sugaring, Jenifer took a look and gently asked if I was sure I wanted to move forward with the V-cleanse since it didn't really look like I needed it. She assured me that it was completely up to me and that if I preferred to skip it, she'd simply take it off the bill -- no pressure, no guilt. That level of care and professionalism sealed it for me: Jenifer is officially my go-to for Brazilians from now on. As a bonus, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth -- and you can tell Jenifer is a true perfectionist, which I absolutely appreciate. I'm so grateful I found SugarBare Sugaring and Wax Studio, and even more grateful to have found Jenifer. She has a forever client in me!

However, I didn't realize just how great until now because... I went to Tybee Island on the beach all day, walked and walked and walked. The space itself is a bit more bare bones than some of the more high-end, aesthetic-focused spas in the area, so if you're going purely for ambiance, it may feel a little understated. That said, the quality of the service is what really matters, and this is where they absolutely deliver. The facial was thorough, professional, and clearly tailored to my skin's needs. I noticed a visible improvement afterward, my skin looked healthier, more even, and just overall refreshed in a way that lasted beyond the typical "post-facial glow." What I appreciated most is that the focus here is on results rather than frills. The services feel accessible and effective, which makes it a great option for someone who wants consistent skincare without paying for extras they don't necessarily need. I'm seriously considering their monthly membership because the results were strong enough to justify making this part of my regular routine. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes outcomes over atmosphere, this one is definitely worth trying
