Fried rice with snow crab was the best
    Sara S.

Lovely restaurant inside the Loews Hotel. It gives hip early 2000s Miami, Las Vegas vibes but with a more relaxed and welcoming feel. Service was fine dining caliber and the food presentation was beautiful. My favorite dish was the lobster dumplings with the sweet and salty combo. Next would be the fried rice with snow crab, perfect combo. The crispy rice was disappointing, rice was a brick and portion small. The Korean ribs were good, but don't expect a traditional preparation or taste. I thought some of the adornments on the dishes looked nice but didn't help the dish, like the crunchy balls on the hamachi or chopped peanuts on the ribs. The restaurant is a great option for pretty much everyone - families, dates, friends. The layout and size of their space allows for romantic corners, large tables and separation to keep everyone happy.

Wow! Dined here as a group of 30 for a corporate dinner and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ambiance: Perched on the corner across from the stadium, this beautiful restaurant captivates you as soon as you enter. The decor is lush and rich. Overstuffed sofas, beautiful tables, velvet curtains. A stunning space. We were seated in the back of the restaurant, which had its own bar. Service: We had one dedicated server and two assistant servers. As a large group with varying dietary restrictions, we were a handful. The servers were phenomenal. Everything was delivered promptly and any issues were resolved immediately. The goods: Whew! Where do I start? We ordered everything . Sushi, sashimi, dumplings, noodles, rice, chicken, beef, lobster. Everything was delicious. The lobster was a last minute addition and I shared it with my colleague. Literally the best lobster I have ever eaten. I cannot wait to visit again, whenever I'm in the area again, I will make sure to stop by.

Awful. Service was not good. I think I arrived at shift changeover and was never told I'd have a new server - I was left waiting for long periods and didn't know who to ask when I needed something. Ordered shishito peppers to start, filet as the main. This was priced like a high end steak house but the steak was flavorless and served room temp. Also note if you order the filet it's already cut - like at a hibachi restaurant. Leaving 2 stars because the 3 servers were all nice and the shishito peppers were good.

I have had this restaurant on my list for a while. Since I was celebrating my birthday weekend in Arlington this was a perfect time to visit. Reservations are suggested and you will park at the hotel next door. The valet will be free after the restaurant validates your parking ticket. This makes life easy and it was fast and quick valet service. The restaurant is inspired by several Asian cultures. Service 5 STARS My waiter was truly AMAZING. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. He explained dishes to me and told me what was popular. Ambiance 5 STARS The restaurant is super plush and nice. The patio and lounge area is very cute and vibrant. It's a happy and fun space. I love the decor and colors. It's bright and the furniture looks great. The main dining area is sophisticated and classy. It's beautifully decorated and the color scheme is sassy and rich. It's stylish and sleek and a great space for dining. The restrooms are SEXY! The black mixed with red feels fancy. The rocks in the sink are cool. The walls. mirrors and lighting add to the modern chic feel. Cocktails 5 STARS My spicy watermelon martini was delicious. It had jalapeño in it. It gave the drink a nice flavor and kick. Just the right amount of heat. For food I decided to try three appetizers. I have mixed emotions and feelings about the food. Honestly I was slightly disappointed. Food Overall 3 STARS The crab taco was so little, but cute. I felt it was lacking in flavor . Next up was the lobster wonton dish. This was so damn scrumptious. This was my favorite out of the three I tried. The broth was so flavorful and the mushrooms had my mouth screaming for JOY. I would give this dish 5 Stars alone and highly recommend this one. Last was the ribs and they were good, but not great. They were lacking in flavor. I think they needed a little more sauce. The ribs definitely have potential. Bonus since it was my birthday they brought me a dessert with a candle. This made my day special and I truly appreciated this. Overall I think it's worth a visit. I would definitely come back for cocktails and the lobster wontons . The service was impressive and impeccable too.

Cool atmosphere! Attended a private event at Soy Cowboy & thought it was a very cool upscale environment for our function. Lots of different spaces available and the decor was very intriguing. The food was good! We had a prix fix menu for our event so we were limited to the choices that were made but it was all very good and interesting! The staff was very attentive and did a great job! Would highly recommend Soy Cowboy if you're looking for a unique vibe that's fun!

First Impression / Vibe: This Place was SUPER CUTE! What I Ordered / Tried: I had Tempura Veggies, Lobster Wonton and veggie fried rice with Shrimp. Favorite Item & Why: Was the Lobster Wonton!!! They were in this Fresh sweet broth that was hard to not acknowledge. The Rice was good also but I didn't like how they chopped the shrimp! For the price, they should have been Whole shrimp Atmosphere very vibey and full of photo oops for creators Service was nice at check in. Didn't particularly care for the server. She never came back to refill our water or to see if we needed anything else. Tip: the restaurant isn't located inside of hotel. It's actually on the outside once you pass valet and hotel entrance. Food items are pricey but worth it! Restaurant doesn't open until 4pm Would I Return

We ate here twice recently and enjoyed the food and service. Gabby, our server on both evenings was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The decor and atmosphere are nice. We tried numerous dishes, for us the stand outs were the wagyu skewers, the lobster wontons (the broth was fantastic), the fried rice, the orange chicken and the miso cod. I especially enjoyed the Persephone cocktail.

The food was great, it's picturesque in here. The stir fry was delicious, the cucumber salad is also a win.

I've been meaning to get up here for a while. Kinda bummed with myself that I haven't done it sooner. We had an awesome experience. Big thanks to Gabby our excellent server for guiding us through an awesome taste of the incredible food this place has to offer. This is one of the few places that Arlington has to offer with an excellent fine dining experience that transports you to big city vibes. The ambiance is top notch. Let's talk about the food. I am a big foodie and as I mentioned I'm so disappointed in myself for not coming here already. Yes it's a little pricey, but the food is worth it. The fusion of Asian cuisines is unique and memorable in every way. One of those places where you just can't order something wrong. All of it is so good. Go wild get everything, ask Gabby to tell you what to get if you can't decide. You will be so happy. Thanks guys!

So this was a girls night ! And I was so impressed with the whole dining experience! I would like to say it is very amazing but on the pricey side ! The waitress was very attentive and we had the most amazing desert !! Highly recommend 10/10 !!! Check it out !!

A perfect night with the sweetest company--dessert was just the cherry on top.

In town for a convention and decided to try The Soy Cowboy, right outside the Loews Hotel in Arlington. It's a high-end pan-Asian restaurant with a sleek, spacious layout, open kitchen, and even a unisex bathroom setup with a shared sink area--surprisingly stylish and functional. We started with the lobster wontons, which were rich and flavorful--a great way to kick things off. My wife ordered the Korean short ribs, which were tender and packed with flavor--definitely the better choice. I went with the beef filet (because, Texas), but honestly, this isn't a steakhouse, and it showed. Lesson learned: stick to the Asian-inspired dishes here. What really impressed us was dessert--left in the chef's hands, it was a creative and beautifully plated finish to the meal. Service throughout was top-notch, attentive without hovering. Great spot for a special occasion or when you're in the mood for something upscale and a little different.

Chocolate in a cone with a cowboy hat made out of chocolate!

We came here on a whim for a Saturday date night and we were so pleasantly surprised!! All the flavors were so good and service was excellent!! Started with the pear martini which was a bit sweet so switched to champagne later on. For appetizer we started with the Hamachi (with chili and ponzu, so good), the bluefin tuna tacos which are literally one bite each so keep that in mind (but these were so so good) and the lobster wontons which I really didn't care for as the broth was so sweet. Then we got some sushi and sashimi -- all of which was excellent. For entrees we got the 1.5 lbs roasted lobster which was excellent and perfectly cooked and the filet in a teriyaki sauce and this was so flavorful yet also so subtle. And then for dessert I loved the chocolate in the ice cream cone with a cowboy hat chocolate! Loved our experience here and can't wait to come back! But damn this was pricey our bill was $600 including tip

I came here last night for dinner. And we decided to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the view. We ordered us some lemon drops and appetizers. Everything was good, we had worldstar Customer service from our waitress Shay!! It's nice and convenient if you're going to a game is right over by the stadium. And everything is at your fingertips. Pro Tip: you can park over by global life parking and walk across the street.... However, you do have the option. The vallet at the hotel as well.

Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

That to me is some crazy.

Honestly, 4 Kahunas Tiki Lounge right here in Arlington is right up there with the very best of them. The place just feels like an instant getaway. It's tucked back off the main drag but the second you walk in you're on some tropical island, no plane ticket required. The cocktails are legit. Super well-made, great balance, real tiki depth, none of that fake sweet garbage you sometimes get. Every drink we've had has been spot-on. Maggie working the bar is the real MVP though. She's quick, knows her stuff inside out, super friendly, and somehow makes the whole night feel personal. Whatever we ordered, she crushed it and kept the good vibes going. She's a huge reason we keep coming back. Only thing that would make it even better? A water feature. A little fountain, a trickling stream down some rocks, or even a small waterfall wall in the back would dial the ambiance up to 11 and really sell that full island escape feel. If you're anywhere in the DFW area and you're into tiki or just killer cocktails, you gotta check out 4 Kahunas. Small spot, super cozy, and easily one of the best tiki experiences in Texas.
