I've been hearing this spot has the best hibachi in all DFW. Of course I had to check it out. They were right! The menu offers more than most hibachi places. The serve huge portions. Even garlic noodles! The show was amazing and he even gave me a couple of shrimp on my plate. The service was great. It's really spacious inside too! Lots of light which I loved. At this point I'll just take the drive and go here. I loved it!

I've eaten at Mr. Hibachi several times and always had great experiences, but this visit was by far the worst. The chef was very inexperienced--the grill stayed dirty, the rice was undercooked, and he even forgot my steak. On top of that, he kept staring at the receipt like something was magically going to appear to help him with everyone's order. It was clear he wasn't prepared, and the overall quality of the meal suffered because of it. My son was visiting from out of state, and I had talked up how amazing this place was, only to be left extremely disappointed. Definitely not the experience I expected or hoped for.

Food was AMAZING. From the salad and soup to the entree. Drinks were delicious. The show was even better! He was funny, entertaining and he involved all the guests. It was somebody's birthday and lit up the whole stove which I've never seen before. Definitely worth the wait. Will be coming back. I believe our chef's name was Esteban

We were looking for some good hibachi spots and found this place which looked really good. We made a reservation and per their policy they will not sit you until your full party is there. The inside is pretty spacious and they'll typically sit you next to other parties to fill in your hibachi spot like other places. My friend and I couldn't decide on which hitachi to get since it all sounded good so we decided to try out the emperor deluxe for two which came with a wide range of options. The server was very prompt and friendly but it felt like we were being a bit rushed after the hibachi was served. The food itself was good but not the greatest. I ordered my filet mignon medium and it was a bit charred and the lobster was over cooked. The shrimp and scallop were cooked fine. Overall the place was a good option for a quick hibachi spot but not the greatest quality food wise. Will probably choose to go elsewhere if I'm ever in the mood for hibachi again.

Fried rice with no egg. Seasoned to perfection. Sooo good.

Still my fave hibachi spot in the metroplex. Sooo good, great service, they have yum-yum sauce, and believe in seasoning food. Fa (sp?) was our chef and he was great. Funny, attentive, and an awesome cook. I had filet mignon, salmon, fried rice (no egg), noodles, and veggies, soup & salad. Everything was so good and I had plenty to take home. The atmosphere is up-to-date and lively. Love this place.

I love hibachi but this place did not meet my standards. Please keep in mind, I have moved around a lot in the past decade from state to state as well as Japan so this is definitely a biased review. It is definitely a large venue to go for a birthday or group dining. I ordered a dynamite roll and the hibachi scallops and 2 kids steaks. My scallops lacked flavor, didn't have any zest to it. My kids did not like the noodles that came with their meals and I agreed with them as they were bland. I was also shocked that you have to pay a $2 up charge for fried rice. The only good food from this place was the sushi. The service was great, the food wasn't the greatest. I'd come back, only for the sushi though.

Came here with a friend/coworker for lunch and it's your typical hibachi experience. The service was a bit lackluster, though, and could've been better. I ordered the lunch hibachi with chicken and steak. This comes with fried rice (an up charge), veggies, and soup or salad. The cook was nice and efficient on the grill but he did take a little longer than expected so the "show" seemed to drag. The food was good and I had enough for leftovers. Not sure if I would return to this location as the cleanliness of it was not up to par.

Food was delicious went for the new year to see celebration of the dancing . one complaint was I order a plate from kitchen combination fried rice . It never came to table , I had to ask for 4 times finally came with just sorry we forgot to place your order ‍. Ambiance was nice and I'd would come back . Portion of food was large and price was reasonable worth every bite.

I don't live in Arlington and just recently moved from Dallas to Ft Worth. While looking at properties in Arlington for the day, this looked like a great stop. The reviews were mostly strong and the pictures I could see reminded me of my favorite Dallas steak fix, Bob's Chophouse on Lemmon. It doesn't have that vintage, chic atmosphere sadly, but it is old TX, steakhouse, 80's style. Colby asked if we wanted a menu and I said yes. He brought one for us both. I asked if they had any happy hour specials which is mentioned often in their reviews. He haughtily informed me that, "They don't do happy hour" and then giggled. Yes, giggled, the only other description is snickered. We ordered a Tito's Dirty Martini and Guinness and decided to stay anyway. He served my martini slushee and a good pour on the Guinness. He simply never came back. Everyone else had nuts and their orders taken. He avoided us as if we had the Bubonic plague. After his pointed non-service, I dropped my credit card, he snatched it and dropped the check. Obviously, I won't be back but I think that was the entire point of his service.

Because it was packed when we arrived, the space was fairly loud. Cheyenne was our server and she did great. She knew the menu well and made some suggestions. We had already read the Yelp reviews and sort of knew what we wanted. Two of us shared: - Margarita rocks - Pan con Tomate - Crispy Pork - Jerk Chicken Paella The Pan con Tomate was amazing. Really cool presentation too. The Crispy Pork was real nice. A bit dry due to making it crispy. Really meaty too. The Jerk Chicken Paella was great. Cheyenne told us the jerk seasoning wasn't very spicy. She was right. I would have liked it spicier though but understand the decision to appeal to a broader section of diners. The socarrat was amazing. They make the paella in a small (8"?) cast iron skillet. It made for a perfect caramelization of the rice (socarrat). The dish had jerk seasoned chicken thighs and vegetables. Yum! I would have loved to have the Coconut Cake. But we were full and it was $22. We got the yucca, dates, and lamb skewers as appetizers and didn't have a single crumb behind. Well balanced flavor with unique touches that we all appreciated. For entrees two of us ordered the lomo saltado which came out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, they had sold out of the duck when my bf asked for it so they brought him a drink on the house to make up for it. He changed his order to the salmon and loved it. I ordered the paella and sadly that did take waaay too long to come out. By the time they finally brought it to me everyone else was done eating so I just asked for a to-go box. The server did apologize and brought me a drink on the house but it would've been nice to know ahead of time that the dish would take so long to prepare, because I would've chosen something else so I could eat with everyone. All in all it was great and I'll definitely come back. Hopefully I make it in before the duck is sold out next time!
