Came in with my 2016 370 z and I messed up the transmission to the limit, Mike was super helpful…read moreand helped me with an expensive job! I totally recommend this shop... my car difficulty is 5/5 and these guys handled it with ease. Super affordable as long as mikes there. 5 starts easy

I had an awful experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car…read morein to have the transmission rebuilt. The owner called me and said it was the worst possible scenario and would cost the highest price they charge. I trusted them and paid the full amount, hoping to have a reliable car again. The car drove once and then wouldn't start. When I called to report the issue, they immediately tried to blame me--saying it must have been something I did. It turned out the computer programming (which they outsourced to another company across the street) was done incorrectly. I had to pay out of pocket to tow my car back to them, and the owner refused to reimburse me, arguing with me the entire time. They kept my car for another full week. When I finally picked it up, it started--but the A/C no longer worked, even though it was working perfectly before. When I called, the owner dismissed it and said it was just a "coincidence" that it went out at the same time. Every time I brought up a concern, he backpedaled to avoid responsibility. Later, a mechanic inspected the A/C and said it looked like parts were broken--right around where they would have installed the battery. On top of that, the incorrect programming kept frying my battery, and I had to buy two replacements. When I got my car back the second time, the brackets for the battery weren't even reinstalled--they were just left on the floor of the car. The final straw was when I noticed greasy, oily handprints all over the inside roof and visor above the driver seat. When I called to ask about it, the owner responded sarcastically with: "You're upset about a little dirt inside the car?" He was incredibly rude, did poor-quality work, broke things, and refused to take accountability for any of it. To this day--five months later--my car still isn't fully repaired. It continues to have issues, but I'm too afraid to bring it back to them even though I have a warranty through their shop. That's how little trust I have in them now. I ended up having to take out a second loan and buy a new car because I had already paid everything I had to fix this one--and they left me with an unreliable mess. This place caused more damage than repair and has zero professionalism or integrity. Avoid them at all costs.

I was in a jam ... 1953 Chevrolet truck with 350 engine with fuel leak - ughh…read more Called in on a Saturday morning with a fuel line leak and Dale Pitcher ( Advisor ) said bring in right down and we will fit it in even know we are busy ... Showed up in 30 minutes and he and the technician ( Mike ) took a quick look and said give me until later in the afternoon to repair. Called back before lunch it was ready and repaired .. I really appreciate the way these guys operate , quick , efficient, fair prices-- and ( safety Covid 19 practices) . I highly recommend them-. Just as a reference I called 5 other service centers (Flagstaff ) and all said no , Closed or didn't answer and there posted hours on Yelp are inaccurate and out dated . Nationwide Repair Shop rocks !! Not sure why more places aren't open on Saturday to service the community neighborhoods.

This is supposed to be a "transmission specialty" shop. I called to get an appointment to have…read morethem take a look at my transmission which seemed to start slipping between 3rd and 4th gears. They set me up with an appointment and when I asked a couple more questions re how quickly they could drop the trans and take a look at it they said, "oh we don't open up transmissions we just replace them ". What?? So what my appointment was apparently intended on their part was to test drive the truck and get a sense of what it is doing and if what it's doing requires actual REPAIR of the trans (you know how their ad says "transmission repair?), your ONLY solution at this business is to get a COMPLETE replacement of your transmission. What they do here is work with the bulk transmission rebuild shops like Jasper, etc who ship them a replacement trans which can be extremely costly, $3k to $4k or more depending on your vehicle - all this place does is remove your current and put a rebuild into it. They admitted they no longer staff ....you know ...TRANSMISSION REPAIR SPECIALISTS, who fix transmissions. Well guess what - there are at least ten or more other auto repair shops all around Flagstaff that do that exact same thing. Don't be fooled thinking you need this place because they have "transmission" in their name or you see "transmission repair" in the ad. They dont. Shop around to every auto shop in town and compare pricing, workmanship, etc. Sadly it seems Flagstaff no longer has a transmission specialist shop that can help repair, build, etc your trans - all you have available are trans replacement shops.
