The booking was easy, communication was prompt, and everything went perfectly smooth. Our driver, Jeff , was absolutely amazing! He arrived early, was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Jeff went above and beyond with great service - helping with luggage, ensuring a comfortable and safe ride, and making the whole trip stress-free. He truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend Black Diamond, and especially Jeff if you can request him. We'll definitely use them again! What went well: Punctuality, clean and comfortable vehicle, friendly and professional driver (shoutout to Jeff!), seamless airport transfer. Everything was top-notch!

I was told people don't rent limos in the summer because its too hot and they cant be kept cool. This was a lie maybe if you have older fleet. I was told to upgrade to a Mercedes Sprinter w limo inside. It was not great, beat up, blown speakers, A/c was non existent the driver kept the partition window open the entire time I am pretty sure because the air is trash in back. Even though the party made the best of it I do not recommend this again. I'll try another service next time I should have known when they wouldn't send pictures of the inside. I feel scammed. This was not luxury whatsoever. I wish I would have taken pictures to show y'all. Its a no for me dawg.

We had a battery explode and strand us on the highway in the desert for an hour. They offered no other limo, made us wait while they disconnected the battery and let it cool down and then we continued to our first destination. The blown battery left us with no air conditioning, no lighting and no door locks. By the end of our 8 hour rental, our clothes were drenched, several women were suffering heat exhaustion to the point where one was vomiting - not from drinking - from HEAT! Because of the breakdown, we missed both reservations at the two wineries we were visiting and had to cut our time at each place. The worst part is that the owner, Brent, doesn't care. When I asked Brent for some compensation back because of the inconvenience, he wouldn't return any of my calls or texts. I tried to dispute with American Express and all he would reply was that there were no refunds and they were not responsible for breakdowns. In essence, he made us responsible for the breakdown by not refunding any money back. We paid for a SERVICE and an experience, and that should have included reliable and comfortable transportation - something we definitely didn't get. Also, we found out he has a less-than-ethical practice of underpaying his drivers. He finds ways to not pay them the full agreed amount for their hourly pay. I will NEVER use them again. It is buyer beware to the fullest as Brent has no ethics and either doesn't understand customer service or is unwilling to provide it. Beware. Your money is a one way trip - a risk I will never take with this company. Feel free to contact me on me if you have any additional questions. This is not "sour grapes". Please understand this is an honest attempt to help people understand the low level of integrity of SW Limos and save them the frustration and time of having to deal with this company. I had to repeat myself about 3-4 times before he got it right..We waited until 10:15 until we decided to call back and ask for an update. When I called back I spoke with a woman who asked me for my address. I gave it to her and she said there was no record of the address for pick up. She then asked me if I remembered who I spoke to and I told her no and gave her the time I called, my name, and told her it was a gentleman. She stepped away from the phone for a moment then returned to ask me my phone number and who the passenger was. I didn't understand her the first time so I politely said "excuse me?" And she in a rude and loud manner "WHO IS THE PASSENGER GETTING PICKED UP?!" At that point I was running late and fed up since I had just given her my name 1 minute earlier. I gave her all the details one last time. Still nothing. She then wanted to know when I had to be at the airport. I told her to just forget about and we would go with someone else. Never again.
