Terrible customer service. I called around 9:23 PM to go to the airport. I asked the rep how long for the next taxi and he said "15-20 minutes" I agreed and gave him my phone number, address, how many passengers, and how we would pay. I had to repeat myself about 3-4 times before he got it right..We waited until 10:15 until we decided to call back and ask for an update.
When I called back I spoke with a woman who asked me for my address. I gave it to her and she said there was no record of the address for pick up. She then asked me if I remembered who I spoke to and I told her no and gave her the time I called, my name, and told her it was a gentleman. She stepped away from the phone for a moment then returned to ask me my phone number and who the passenger was. I didn't understand her the first time so I politely said "excuse me?" And she in a rude and loud manner "WHO IS THE PASSENGER GETTING PICKED UP?!" At that point I was running late and fed up since I had just given her my name 1 minute earlier. I gave her all the details one last time. Still nothing. She then wanted to know when I had to be at the airport. I told her to just forget about and we would go with someone else.
