Southside Healthy Spot in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY is officially my new favorite smoothie shop in town! They have so many delicious offerings, from regular protein shakes, to protein smoothies, to fruity smoothies, to basic teas, mega teas, non-caffeinated beverages, and more! They also have the largest variety of flavors I've ever seen - from fruity flavors, to dessert flavors, and so much more! It was difficult to narrow down, but I ultimately went with the pitaya power smoothie for $9. It consisted of L-glutamine milk protein, dragonfruit, pb2, and banana. Since I needed it as a meal replacement, I asked what would fill me up, and it did just the trick! Often, when I order protein smoothies from shops they'll skimp on the protein powder and it will be watery, but I could tell they didn't here. This shake was the perfect thickness, as it should be! The consistency was on point, and it was bursting with flavor. The service was very personable and friendly, and I can't praise this spot enough. They have bunch of different toppings like chocolate, strawberry, caramel syrup and I few others. I got the plain jane. I think it was around $10. The service was great.
