I've ordered both in-person and by calling them in advance to pick-up my order when it's ready, which has been convenient. The employees have always been friendly & all the drinks I've tried so far have been a treat. I can't wait to try others on the menu.

Decent bubble tea and smoothies in the area. A little hard to miss because it's under the subway platform but right next to the stairs to the J/M train so it's convenient. Teas are always great and staff are friendly and willing to make recommendations. They also follow the light/less ice rule when asked! However bubbles are a hit or miss as their consistency isn't always the same (sometimes just right and chewy, sometimes overcooked and soft, and sometimes slightly undercooked and hard to chew). read more

I've tried both an acai bowl and smoothie here and it's pretty decent! Service is quick, menu is pretty big, and most importantly ingredients seem to be clean. I will say the banana pb smoothie I got was like 4 ingredients and came out to $10 though so perhaps not the most bang for your buck. read more

Ordered 2 bubble teas and a smoothie. Left me waiting for 45 minutes before I get a call from delivery girl saying they canceled the bubble teas and were trying to only send me the smoothie? No effort to contact me. When I voiced my confusion she went back in to talk to them and they just canceled my order completely and didn't even send the smoothie! Terrible. read more

Quite surprised to really enjoy this spot. Had the peanut butter açaí bowl- it was delicious. Fruit was fresh. Acai was the way I like it - on the cold side (almost like a slushy). Also got a ginger tea, and they shaved fresh ginger into it. Thumbs up! read more

This smoothie place is right next to the Blink Fitness and the one of the first stores you see when exiting the train station. I ordered a mango passion fruit smoothie with bubbles for $8. The smoothie way was too watery, but the bubbles were decent. I might try their açaí bowls in the future, but I would pass on the smoothies. There is also a $10 minimum for electronic payments without incurring a surcharge. It seems impossible to crack $10, unless you purchase two drinks. read more

Hawa Smoothies & Bubble Tea shop that is located in this area has just been open for about a week. My coworker and I went in during our lunch. The place is clean, neat and organized. The smoothie, juice and bubble tea selections are clearly displayed on the store's colorful menu. I like the fact that there are also pictures of some of the smoothies and other beverages so that you get an idea of what they will look like once you receive the one that you ordered. The staff gave us service with a smile and were patient in answering questions ( I had a few since there were so many delicious looking smoothies to choose from) before I made my selection. This place is conveniently located right by the Marcy Ave train entrance. While the smoothie and açaí bowl selection is more expansive than the bubble tea menu, there's still plenty of fruit and milk teas to choose from. Unlike other bubble tea spots, there's no option to select the amount of ice or sugar you'd like here. I wasn't craving classic tapioca bubbles, so I opted for peach tea with some lychee jelly and I didn't mind the sweetness. Toppings are only $0.75 extra and my drink was ready in no time. It's nice that there's a number to call if you'd like to order ahead. If you decide to try this place, make sure to bring cash as there's a $10 card minimum. read more

The smoothies are good, but it's absolutely ridiculous the credit card minimum is $10. Shows real cheapness from the owners. How are you supposed to spend $10 when a smoothie costs $6 or $7? It's incredibly inconvenient when I leave the gym next door and want a smoothie but don't want to bring cash with me. This is 2019 get with the times! I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

You used to have a giant fluffy egg square on your breakfast sandwich and now I've gotten one lumpy small egg drenched in so much overly spicy sauce - that used to be more soft and palatable, I can't even taste anything else, to compensate for the lack of sandwich for over $12. Insane. The fries were the highlight of my meal and that's really saying a lot. $6.50 for one of the smallest iced coffees I've ever received... I think you're staying open on highway robbery alone. Or that the gentrifiers just don't give a damn. Honestly, I could've gotten something better at the Bodega for less than $35 after the Uber fees. I feel bad leaving this honestly, but... how you go from such a wonderfully established place to some dreadful experience is just sad. Do better, become yourself again, because unfortunately I won't be ordering anymore.

I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.

My friend also ordered a cup of clam chowder, which he thoroughly enjoyed. One of the best oyster HH spots I've come across, because it seems to be harder finding good ones lately. Would definitely come back to try the other seafood dishes.

A very nice little smoothie shop, once you stepped into the place you could smell the freshness of all fruits, place is super clean and neat too. They have colorful menus to show clear selections of Bubble tea Smoothies, Acai Bowls and other Energy drinks. Been here 3 times already, every time I got something different and they were all very fresh and delicious!! No matter it was a bubble tea, smoothie or protein shake, I loved them all! The stuffs there are always very welcoming and helpful with choosing the best selection for me!! It is so necessary to have such a healthy place in the neighbor!! Definitely will come back often!! I can't believe they opened one in my neighborhood!! Their smoothies are so far the best smoothies in the whole New York City! When I lived in downtown Manhattan I will go get smoothies from them almost every week, I missed this place so much after I have moved to Williamsburg. So as soon as I saw this new place I went in got my all time favorite strawberry mango banana, it just tasted the same fresh and delicious, couldn't be better! And the stuff there are so warm and friendly as usual, the new store is small but very cute and clean! Well I am just so glad you guys decide to open one in Williamsburg! For a tap drink it was smooth, not too sweet and still had some earthy notes to remind you that it is matcha. Plus they have pastries from Elbow Bread, a place I have visited and appreciate. I got the last passionfruit ricotta cake and I'm glad I did. The person at the register was really nice and helped explain things to me since it was my first time there.
