Best place in Brooklyn for açaí bowls! I have yet to find a place where they are so packed with fruit and so beautiful! They taste sooooo good! I ran across this gem on my way to pick up a DoorDash order and I'm so glad I gave it a try. The ingredients are obviously fresh, the fruit are juicy, and it's a good amount for what you pay for. I love this place so much! So reliable and they have delicious smoothies with a wide variety that are SO GOOD. The Hawaii Green is my go-to. I would be in tears if this place ever left Greenpoint. I was horrified during the pandemic that they may be closed forever but thank goodness they stayed in business. It's probably the only good smoothie place around with great supplement and topping options, too. The service is always so prompt and friendly - there are two people who are always working and they always, always, always manage to sneak in a smile while taking orders. read more

The only downside is that I wish the actual açaí mix was thicker, because it's always melted and a bit watery by the time I walk back to my job - which is only a 5 minute walk :( So I assume it tastes best eaten immediately after getting it, but there's no indoor dining fyi - only a small countertop in the window. The açaí bowls are incredible and healthy. So are the smoothies- especially Kale Monster. They use high quality ingredients and you can tell the fruit is fresh. I've tried this place twice and each time was very disappointed. Their açaí bowls are overly sweet. It's like eating sugar in a bowl, there's not enough granola, and even when ordering a nut butter one it truly sucks. You don't even taste the nut butter because it's that sweet! Also, the peanut butter they use have hydrogenated oils in them... how can you be a health food place but serve trans fat to your clients??? Not to mention they're overpriced for what they're serving. I feel like I'm getting diabetes from eating your so called "health food". Açaí berry down the block is much better. Called to place an order and they said they dont deliver and hung up but placed an order on seamless and they delivered. I've been trying to call restaurants so they dont get hit with high fees of online ordering apps and can make more money but that's what I get, I called somewhere else but they looked like they had good stuff i wanted to try. read more

I just tried the açaí bowl from here today, it's now my go to spot for açaí bowls and smoothies. The fruit were fresh and they put plenty of fruit on top. I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about...it's fruit--it's going to be sweet. And it tastes just right, not bland, not too sweet. Also, other places are so stingey with their toppings that the bowls look pathetic. I love how Juice Point cares about their presentation. I hope they stay like this for the long run! read more
