Chocolate Belgian Waffle

Southside is the quintessential, small town spot that makes diners so amazing! There's probably no more than 20 or 25 seats in the place, a small counter mainly for cashing out and an open kitchen. Our waitress was nice and took our orders pretty quickly. A friend and I split the chocolate chip waffle to start. This was a seriously good waffle. The batter was tasty with vanilla and a little cinnamon flavor and the waffle was soft. I got two potatoe pancakes which came with eggs and sausage. The potato pancakes were fine. They were creamy and had green onions inside. They were a little too soft for my liking. I was grateful they had turkey sausage patties. My friend for the gyro potatoe skillet. The lamb was shaved and a little overcooked. The potatoes and veggies in the skillet were well seasoned which really elevated the dish. Great diner and I'm happy I finally got to try to place.

Best West side diner. The place actually is an old style diner complete with round stools at the counter and lots of 50's memorabilia decorating the walls. Checkered linoleum floors! Specials each day. Breakfast to burgers it's all delicious. I had the corned beef quesadilla. Tender juicy corned beef and sauerkraut with Swiss cheese and egg sandwiched between a grilled tortilla. Yum. Served with Chipotle Mayo or Thousand Island. Fountain drinks. The real standout here is the fantastic service. Not stressed just really friendly, efficient and attentive. We stayed a bit when we were done eating and chatted with the servers. Truly nice folks. Plenty of parking. Loved all the art of old time stars. Good prices. We will be back.

Here's Yelp for a local diner while passing through north royalton. Found another winner but that was easy when the diner already had great reviews on Yelp! Small place and packed. Great servers. My hash was great. Kept bringing coffee. Good prices. Everything looked good. Their French toast looked great too.

This place was fantastic. My husband loves diners and I love any place that has a breakfast burrito considering I use to live in California where they are everywhere. I found this place online and we decided to give it a try. We got lucky and came after the breakfast rush and was able to get seated right away. Food came out in a good amt of time and the staff was nice and attentive. I would definitely come back here again next time we are in town

Hey Ya'll. Who doesn't love a good diner, go and jump off a bridge, and I hope you land in one of the seats inside Southside Diner to change your mind! I'm not sure of the nationality of the owners, but this diner has the best of Clevelands' own style of food. The decor pays homage to Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, and Jimmy Dean with an old-school ice cream shop theme. Classic toy cars are all around, so yeah. The bathroom could use a little deeo clean, but there was toilet tissue, hot water, and soap, so im glad about that! You guys know that I'm a breakfast type of girl, and I believe a diner/restaurant should be able to make 2 things well A burger. Eggs. If you can't do those two things, just close up shop!!! I ordered the Crazy 8, 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 strips of bacon, and 2 slices of french toast or pancakes. I substituted provolone cheese instead of American, and I believe she (I don't recall my server telling me her name) charged me $1 for the exchange and didn't say anything. I also added the hashbrowns, which were very good, and the bacon was COOKED. You know how some places cook the bacon just enough? No, this bacon was cooked to a crisp perfection, and that's the reason I'm not tripping about the lack of notification for the charge of a substituted cheese. Although my server didn't tell me her name, she was cool enough and big up the hostess who greeted everyone with an absolutely beautiful smile. I would recommend this little spot.

Chicken N' Waffles- delicious

Salads were very good. The chili dog was delicious. The chicken and waffles were amazing. You may want to ask that they do not put hot sauce on the chicken and waffles if you don't think you would like that. I liked it, but my daughter did not. We both agreed that the chicken and waffles and the cinnamon sauce they put on top was delicious. The waitress was very nice.

I've wanted to check this place out for a while so…read moreI schleped an hour here for dinner with friends in May 2026 so I could finally try this sort of new restaurant out! Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! I am giving Cafe Blanc 4.5 stars out of 5.

If you dine in, you eat from real plates and glasses which is nice. They offer a nice selection of to go boxes that you can also grab yourself, too. They don't serve their pizzas until noon, so that's what time we went and what a great decision! I had the Blanc pizza, and requested it well done as my normal preference, and it was delicious. 6 slices, a nice size. Very flavorful and cost $15. I also had the Bacon Cesear Wedge, which was not traditional wedge salad, it was made with romain - that luckily was still very crisp! It was a good portion, but could have been a little cheaper at $16. The bacon was made fresh, it is an open kitchen concept with a window so I literally watched her make it which was refreshing. Overall I have no complaints and look forward to going again soon!

Two stores popped up in a plaza, but what caught my eye was a business named "Pierogi House" So I set my gps to head there... They DID NOT disappoint! The owners were working the kitchen - one peeling potatoes and the other working the grill. I ordered a chicken gyro and a 6 pack of potato & cheese pierogi. Wow The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. I'm pretty sure that they add feta (and maybe red pepper?) to their tzatziki, because it was packed with all kinda flavors! Stuffed so full, it burst out the side of the pita They are served with fresh, seasoned potato wedges. I love the seasoning as it reminds me of what the Russian owner of the Italian restaurant in Hollywood Beach, sprinkles on his breakfast potatoes. The pierogies were massive - 6 pack weighed just under 2 lbs - served with fresh grilled onions and packed with a delicious cheesy mashed potato filling. Best part: Gyro combo was $10 and the 6 pack pierogi was only $7.99! They had said that they just recently switched over from a market to restaurant and business was ok but far from great. After eating their food, it can only be because ppl don't know about them... Cuz that ish was DELICIOUS So go check em out and after you do, tell all your friends to do the same. I'm gonna be real salty if this place closes!! *Went back today and it was just as good. They now offer kielbasa with the pierogi. It's delish!

I've got the cabbage rolls and mashed potatoes, the Kraut and I added some of my own beets and I heated it up at home. 350 for 45 min. covered. It was wonderful. Pure Polski! Two good guys running the kitchen and a good crowd for breakfast on Saturday morning. I will definitely be back to try the other stuff. I got the goulash to go as well. I'm gonna eat that probably for lunch tomorrow on Sunday. It's too bad the Browns have to be on too. I've been searching and searching for GALUMPKI that is as good as my uncles, which was my grandmother's Polish recipe and this place takes the cake. Now that is a Polish stuffed cabbage. Five stars a great place I'll be back. See you around.

I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

My friends and I ordered a ton of food: the paneer 65 appetizer (my favorite thing we ordered!), the samosa chaat, veggie korma, malai kofta, paneer tikka masala, and a bread basket. Everything was great, though the korma was a bit sweet for me. The server didn't ask for our preferred spice level , so I assume everything was mild. But it was very delish and the right level of spice for me (except for the korma). Only not a 5 star review because our server seemed pretty grumpy and unhappy haha but a gentleman whom I believe was the owner came over multiple times to ask how our food was and recommended some dishes for us as it was our first time in. Located in a stand alone building that was probably a Friendly's before the outside and the inside is pretty generic, nice and clean, but certainly no indication of what is being served. Honest is a vegetarian Indian restaurant with a menu that is different than any other Indian restaurant in the area. The menu runs a variety from versions of curries, sandwiches, Indo/Chinese and even pizzas. There are a number of items of Indian street food and the overall vibe is more of the kind of modern Indian casual restaurant you might actually find in India, which makes sense since this is a local franchise of a chain that started in India. Not surprisingly the times I have visited the clientele was primarily Asian. During my visits I have tried a number of items and while I found the sandwiches were good, what were my favorites were the curries and the Chinese style noodles. A number of the items were flavored with very authentic spicing so you need to be careful if you are hot spice sensitive; I really enjoyed the spiciness, but not everyone will. Overall Honest Restaurant is a great alternative to most of the other Indian restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is casual, the food is very good with some options not usually available, prices are moderate and service is good. Well worth a try especially if you are looking for something a bit different.

I love adeni tea and went to try this place. We ended up ordering something different and may now have a new favorite. The tea was hot, sweet , and flavorful. To start, from the time we placed our order to the time we received it was 30 minutes. My order included a pastry, coffee, and sandwich, which could almost be forgivable; however, my sister placed a separate order for 2 pastries and a coffee. That should not take 30 minutes. It was a Tuesday afternoon, not terribly busy. After 30 minutes, we had 4 hangry kids who had been asking about their chocolate cake for... well 30 minutes. Next, onto the pastries. $15 a piece is absurd, but my fault not doing the research into price, so I will not fault them for that, only myself. I will fault them for the pastries being rock solid. We got an edible cup and a strawberry. Both were rock hard, and the experience eating them was not enjoyable at all. We were using our plastic spoons as a pick-axe, just trying to get a bite. It is impossible to get a bite of all the layers this way, which defeats the purpose. The kids shared the chocolate cake, thank god that was not frozen solid. Finally, to my butter chicken croissant. The butter chicken part was shredded chicken in the sauce, spread thinner than Dunkin' Donuts spreads their cream cheese. If I had scraped it all off into a pile, it would be about 2 tablespoons of chicken, and that is not an exaggeration. Kids were starving by this point- they were out of the hot dog on the menu, which is what we expected to feed them. I resigned and figured they could try the butter chicken, but for $11 it was not enough to even feed one kid. Thank goodness it included about 10 potato chips on the side, which held them over as we promised to stop for food for them on the way home. All in all- if our food had come out in 10-15 minutes (generous amount of time for coffee and pastry), had it not been frozen, and had I had at least a quarter cup of butter chicken, I could maybe give this place 3-4 stars, and just warn others on the price. However, neither the service nor food nor price was acceptable given the quality, and I am disappointed we wasted an hour of our day and $60 of our hard earned money here.
