I love this place so much. Southern table is the perfect name for this place. This cute cozy restaurant is amazing! The food is very good and you get plenty of it. The portion size is very good a the prices are very reasonable. The service is spot on! We never had to ask for anything. Are we just was there always making sure our cups were full and we had everything we needed. My husband's omelette was very good. He had ham sausage, onion, and it was perfect. My pancakes were some of the best pancakes that I have had. And the biscuits and gravy were top-notch. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't been here yet you need to go. read more

Great food at a very affordable price, and plenty on you plate. Wait staff friendly courteous and efficient. The corn bread was the best part of the experience, my Reuben was a bit fatty and a bit skimpy on the meat side plenty of sauerkraut, but the chef forgot to drain it and my sandwich had to be cut up on the plate as I coud not hold. ( To Wet , broke apart) . I must say though what I did get on the sandwich was was very tasty. just wished for more for the price. But like everywhere else, they try and keep the pricing affordable by cutting back on the amount served for some meals I guess. This morning hubby and I were up early and decided to go out for a homestyle breakfast. Diane greeted us at the door with a happy good morning! Our order was taken by Christine, which was promptly placed, and the food arrived in a short period of time. It looked delish!! Well, it did not disappoint! My grits were made to perfection, the croissant was nicely toasted, and my scrambled eggs with cheese were just right. Hubby says that his was an excellent meal! Cooked perfectly and delicious! We have found our favorite eatery that feels so much like a diner. I grew up in a place where diners were the go-to spot where the menus were vast and delicious! We're happy to find this gem! Finally got to try The Southern Table, and it did not disappoint! Fairly busy at 9am, but we were seated right away. Great menu, with lots of selections. Christina was our server, and she was very fast - our order was taken right away, and the food came out a few minutes later. Chicken and Belgian waffle was great. This establishment is the place to go for a good home style meal. The food has been excellent every time I visit the area from Texas. Ms. Christina has been our server at several visits and she is an outstanding person to have while enjoying your meal. Management, if you read this give this young lady a raise. The ambiance is incredibly friendly, every staff person knows their role. It does get a bit busy but the wait is worth it. Parking is a bit tight but there is quite enough space. This place is the quintessential greasy spoon. It is everything you can ask for from a southern diner. The service is oozing with southern hospitality. The restaurant is clean and well staffed. The food is homemade and expertly prepared. The menu is simple but interesting. I had the smoked sausage and egg platter with covered hashbrowns. The coffee was meh but everything else was better then I expected to be. The hashbrowns and sausage were absolutely amazing. My wife had craving for fried green tomatoes and we found Southern Table had what she needed. We went an hour before closing for brunch and the crowd had thinned out. She ordered fried green tomatoes for her meal and I wanted the chicken Philly. They brought out soft cornbread that was like cake. Her Fried Green Tomatoes were very tasty, and the chicken Philly was delicious. We will be eating there again my friends. Was in the area on business and the customers we were visiting wanted to go here. A very southern style roadside diner where they know the locals name. Typical meat and two with a great daily special board. Huge cups of sweet tea and huge portions. Their specialty seems to be breakfast and cakes and sweets also.
