Extremely Disappointed - Still No Refund After 8 Weeks I had…read morea scheduled surgery on April 28. On the morning of the surgery, I was drug tested and was told that I tested positive for a substance I absolutely had not taken. Because of this, they canceled the surgery. I immediately went to an independent drug testing center and, as expected, tested clean. I submitted these results to my patient coordinator, and they acknowledged the error and offered me a full refund. That was 7 weeks ago. I've sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls, but still no refund. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and refuses to provide any meaningful updates. I took two weeks off work, paid for a hotel for two nights, and spent months preparing--only to be denied surgery due to what appears to be a faulty drug test and then completely ghosted after the fact. What's most frustrating is how different the experience is compared to how Dr. Deal presents himself online. He seems personable and caring on Instagram, but in reality, the aftercare and communication from both him and his staff have been awful. The rumors are true: they care before the surgery, but once your money is in, you're on your own. To make matters worse, they are extremely overpriced. I've since recommended three people elsewhere who paid half as much and had amazing results. I'm now in the process of taking legal action. I have all the emails that clearly show they agreed to a refund. Bottom line: Don't waste your time or money here.

After, I got my quote, I went ahead and scheduled the surgery. The morning of surgery, I had a little panic attack. They had the anesthesiologist come talk to me. He eased my fears and I felt more comfortable. When it a was time for Dr. Williams to mark me, he brought in a construction grade level to make sure he was even! Talk about thorough! I was so happy with the first go around, I went back to him the next year and got a tummy tuck. I can't say nicer words about Dr. Williams or his staff!

After the procedure, I had to return frequently due to fluid buildup. During those visits, a PA (Allison) placed her knee on the patient's bed, inserted a needle into my breast and twisted it so aggressively that it eventually pierced through my nipple. Other staff members stood nearby laughing. No one intervened. Everyone present knew exactly what was happening. Bad jokes were made every time I went to the clinic by all the staff except the doctor. In my opinion, the surgery was poorly done. The doctor later offered to "fix" it, but I refused, not because I didn't need the correction, but because I was terrified to go back. Reporting abuse like this is extremely difficult. From my perspective, they are protected by local power structures, a closed system where the city's "powerful" people gather, including in golf clubs and private circles. Victims are often silenced and discredited. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Scanland for the skill and talent she has and the results that I ended up with were beyond my expectations! Have you ever felt like a different person inside than what everyone else sees? Ever been told (by a friend) that you look deformed? These were experiences I had after a 3-year battle and losing 120 lbs.! I had skin in folds and felt ugly all the time! Dr. Scanland changed that! I interviewed several other doctors and when meeting with Dr. Scanland I felt totally comfortable! She had a feminine point of view and was very specific and confident in the results we could achieve; and boy did she deliver!!!! At three months post-surgery I was in a bikini for the first time in my adult life. A year post surgery and I couldn't be happier. I can do things I wanted to do before but was too self-conscious to do or just physically unable to do so because of the shape/size I was. I can exercise now and don't flop around trying to do a jumping jack! lol. I have never regretted my decision to undergo a Tummy Tuck. I finally feel like the REAL ME: the person I always felt I was underneath all the extra weight and then floppy skin! I look forward to my next experience with Dr. Scanland and her amazing team! Everyone in the practice is so helpful and willing/prompt to answer any questions you may have!

I left those offices with anxiety towards the procedure and decided against having it. One year later I decided to give it another shot and met Dr. Page.  My visit with Dr. Page was completely different from my first two plastic surgery consults.  Dr. Page came into the room, sat down, and explained the entire procedure including possible complications.  She gave me concrete statistics on the possible complications and also what treatments may be needed if a complication were to arise.  She was also transparent of cost.  Dr. Page also took the time to review the various types of implants including brand, shape, texture, feel, and size. The other offices only showed me one option of a breast implant.  When taking measurements, Dr. Page explained what the measurements were for and how the implant should look on our chest. She explained the difference between over and under the muscle and how you would choose which to do. She also had me put on a bra and try out different size implants to see which I preferred.  I must have spent at least 30 minutes trying on implants. Dr. Page stayed the entire time showing great patience as I went back and forth between a 200cc implant vs a 225cc implant, which is not a big difference. She answered all my questions and gave her professional opinion throughout the entire one hour visit.   I appreciate that Dr. Page recognized the magnitude of this decision for me, and gave me all the information I needed to make it.  At no time did I feel pressured into scheduling a surgery date.  She simply gave me all the facts I needed and encouraged me to take my  time to make my decision. Needless to say, I had my surgery with Dr. Page. Whatever anxiety I had in the pre-op room quickly melted away once Dr. Page came in.  She has an amazingly calm demeanor that immediately puts you at ease.   I am now six weeks out from my surgery, and I must say that I look pretty smokin'!  Dr. Page listened and respected the size that I wanted, which was small, and I am beyond happy with the results. Dr. Page is the way to go for plastic surgery! She is patient and will spend ample amount of time with you. She has a kind and calming demeanor and excellent bedside manner.  She is skilled and talented in her field (my incisions are nearly invisible).  It is apparent that patient care and plastic surgery is what Dr. Page was called to do.

SURGERY DATE: OCTOBER 23, 2025 Tummy tuck, Muscle Repair,…read moreand lipo This is NOT a paid review--these are 100% real facts. This review is a long time coming and truly needs to be told. What I went through, and how I found the best doctor in my opinion, Dr. Stanley Okoru at Georgia Plastic, changed my life forever. From the very beginning, I knew I was home, and choosing Georgia Plastic was the best decision I ever made. When God led me to Georgia Plastic, I had no idea what to expect, but I had a lot of questions--and I made the call. My first conversation was with Keziah at the front desk. She was sweet, patient, and answered every single question with kindness. I had a lot of questions, but never once felt rushed or felt I was irritating the ladies. Over the years, I spoke with many staff members, but my favorite is Nalleli. We could talk for hours, and she always stayed on the phone with me, listening to my concerns and reassuring me. "Sarah", Dr. O's Physician Assistant, has also been amazing--knowledgeable, patient, and checking on me weekly since surgery. "Christine" the office manager made me feel comfortable and cared for. This office truly felt like family. This was not an overnight process. My BMI was too high, so I went on Ozempic for 2years and lost over 60 pounds. I quit smoking and vaping after 25+ years not just for surgery, but for my health. I completed blood work, medical clearances, and everything required because I knew I wanted a massive life change. I had a few bumps along the way--dates changed, weight fluctuations--but nothing stopped me. When the time finally came, I booked my Airbnb, flight, rental car, and post-op nurse. Walking into the office felt unreal. I was nervous and anxious, but once I met the entire team I had been speaking to for over three years, it felt like a celebration. Meeting Dr. Stanley Okoru at my pre-op appointment was a dream come true. We discussed the procedure, expectations, and care. I knew immediately I was in the right hands. On 10/23/25, surgery day, I arrived early and was cared for by the team and Victoria, RN, until it was time to go under. I don't even remember falling asleep. I woke up with no pain just pressure from the muscle repair. I knew I was safe, I rested at my Airbnb while being cared for my amazing post op nurse Marcella while I was in Georgia! The next day at my post op appointment when my garment came off and I looked in the mirror, I cried. "Is that me?" Damm, Dr. Okoru truly has gifted hands. He kept his promise, he snatched my soul! I stayed in Georgia for 14 days, saw him multiple times, and healed beautifully with no complications. I also received lymphatic massage from "MJ" and the services at "Amachi Med Spa", which were amazing. "Rosa", the social media coordinator, documented my journey just as promised, and I'm extremely grateful. My scar is thin and beautiful. I don't hate it I honor it. It represents how far I've come. I'm 58 years old, and I love who I see in the mirror. Dr. Okoru removed 8 pounds of fat, revealed my shape, and restored my confidence. My husband, family, and my 2 Besties, tiara & Clarice & everyone around me sees the difference. Dr okoru, truly cares about his patients. Dr. Okoru's bedside manner is unmatched. His whole team is amazing. They work together to make every patient feel like they're the only one , I've received weekly follow-up calls since returning home. Georgia Plastic is my family now. Thank you, Dr. Okoru, for giving me "ME" back. He is "100/100" Highly, highly, highly recommend. Love, Jacqueline M. Evans "Your favorite patient"
