The waiting room must of had 30+ people waiting with no empty seats available. I immediately canceled this appointment and left. How discourteous to a patient / customer not to have at least called to tell you about the delay or to reschedule.

He asked, "Do you want my honest opinion?" to which I responded, "Of course!". He proceeded to state, "What I am hearing is that you don't want your daughter to embarrass you where you work." I was shocked to hear that come out of his mouth. He already had preconceived thoughts that my daughter does not have ADHD and mentioned that many bright children are just distracted. I have been a special education teacher for eighteen years and I never take any child/students evaluation lightly. My daughter is very bright but also has many red flags for attention. I was shocked that he would think my child could every embarrass me. I stewed on it for weeks, before I cancelled our evaluation appointment with him. We have made an appointment somewhere else.

Previous doc walked in, looked at my chart, wrote new scrips (high BP) and if I wanted to discuss anything else, make an appointment! Dr. Bob discussed my family medical history- parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and siblings. Only then did he proceed with a thorough exam, Rx review, and due to history of heart problems, gave me an EKG right there in his office and went over it with me before I left. If I call them sick, they have never failed to see that same day. If something comes up last minute and I can't make a scheduled appt. I have never been charged. I have gone in for check ups and before leaving, he would say "Anything else we need to look at today?" and I would tell him about a concern I was having and he would come back and check this out, too. I don't just consider him my doctor, I think of him as my friend. And lest you assume I was paid to write this, he has too much integrity to even think of asking a patient to do that!

Technician gave me paperwork, but added that he had updated the forms, and he was kind and helpful! Dr. Bowerman showed me the x ray of right hip/arthritis. He recommended a steroid shot. He also showed me the x ray of my left hip, which is in good shape. He performed a hip replacement on that hip 10 years ago, and I had a good experience, so I wanted to consult him. He thinks I will need a replacement in right hip down the road. However, until then I will walk/stretch/repeat. Thanks also to his nurse and x ray girls, very kind and supportive! Dr. Bowerman gave me the shot, and was very slow and methodical, I could tell instantly that it was going to the pain. He said to give it a few days, but I can tell it is already working! When I do need the replacement, I want him to do it!

I used it the night before and the morning of the surgery. I followed all instructions so I have not had any problems with my replacement!!!
