She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. Otherwise he was against giving me anything and I came home and my throat kept hurting, and I can't wash it out and using over-the-counter medicines like my friends told me and it eventually started blowing out thick, nasty yellow stuff in my ears hurting. I was too dizzy to drive to my regular doctor and so I had to wait two days And then go, but I have an infection and why these people can't see it because they didn't. they did not test me or the test were no good and they shouldn't ask somebody that's non-medical what to be tested for I'm very displeased with this location is the one on Turner McCall Boulevard in Rome, Georgia. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. They got plenty of workers comp people coming in. I guess that's how they stay afloat cause if you need help you gotta go somewhere else.. I'm serious. I had a respiratory infection of some sort and was given a chest X-ray along with a comprehensive exam. I was prescribed an antibiotic and sent home and fully recovered within a week after the visit. The check-in was quick and efficient, my waiting time in the lobby was very short and I was quickly seen and assessed by the nurses and doctor. My second visit was last week, and I initially thought I had a simple cold. After almost 10 days and not getting any better, I went to urgent care. I received the same comprehensive treatment and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Again, everything from checking in to being seen, X-rayed, and diagnosed was very quick. Everyone there was very kind and professional. The facility is modern, very clean, and well laid out. They seem to have everything available to treat most minor to moderate illnesses and injuries short of being a full emergency room and hospital.

Technician gave me paperwork, but added that he had updated the forms, and he was kind and helpful! Dr. Bowerman showed me the x ray of right hip/arthritis. He recommended a steroid shot. He also showed me the x ray of my left hip, which is in good shape. He performed a hip replacement on that hip 10 years ago, and I had a good experience, so I wanted to consult him. He thinks I will need a replacement in right hip down the road. However, until then I will walk/stretch/repeat. Thanks also to his nurse and x ray girls, very kind and supportive! Dr. Bowerman gave me the shot, and was very slow and methodical, I could tell instantly that it was going to the pain. He said to give it a few days, but I can tell it is already working! When I do need the replacement, I want him to do it!

They will call you if they've had cancellations and try to reschedule your appointment, which can be nice. The Con's: Good luck waiting under an hour to be seen and that's just the main waiting room, once they bring you back to the exam rooms you will wait 15-30 mins to see the Doctor. They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner.
