The front desk is terrible. Ive been dealing with them for two years trying to get my hip and knees…read morelooked at. Getting to see a doctor is like finding a unicorn. I get injections in my knees from my primary care. They dont work. The Harbin network here in Rome is limited on their capabilities and it shows.

Could have a better front desk. I told Caleb Williams that I had an appointment at 1:00pm today. I don't even think they will set an appointment at this location without insurance. Anyway, He tells me I have a 48 dollar copay. I asked if It could be billed he said he would ask. I'm later told just this time, I tell him that I could pay it later today and that I lost my wallet. I get called back to the window to get told that I will need to reschedule my appointment because I cannot pay my co pay right then. while this is going on, there is another patient that has a similar situation as mine. The difference with the other patient is, he can't pay his until the 14th. The other patient is still able to be seen by the doctor, but I have to reschedule my appointment because of a co-pay. What is the difference between myself and the other patient? This is insane. I don't live in Rome,Ga, but I drove to this location because my injury was treated by the doctors at this Harbin clinic location. it is a shame that great doctors can have a bad front staff.

Provided recommendations that were completely the opposite of other podiatrists and orthopedists to…read moreresolve plantar fasciitis. Immediately planted the subliminal seed that if I was a 12-year-old he would probably have me scheduled for surgery to correct ankle issues that were not apparent. While waiting to be seen by the doctor I observed a technician filling syringes in the non-sterile reception desk area with no rubber gloves and did not sterilize the tops of the serum bottles before plunging the needle to extract with I assumed to be cortisone. A series of labs was ordered with the diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, and one other thing that I can't remember and this was after I informed the doctor that I had just had a complete physical by my GP with full-spectrum testing of my blood and urine less than a month prior to this appointment. I also do not have diabetes so I have no idea why that was even a consideration. To remedy the foot problems I was experiencing I had recently switched most of my athletic shoes to the highly recommended type that would correct the problem and had been experiencing great success. I was informed by the doctor that the shoes were completely wrong and that I would wreck my feed if I continued wearing them. The shoes of my choice are continuing to benefit the problem and my condition is improving. In my estimation, the remedy he was proposing of installing orthotics that would elevate my heel by almost 2 inches would have done more damage. In addition, the orthotic had a hard heel lift that would have put undue pressure on my heel tissue. I came home, shredded the lab orders, called the pharmacy and canceled the prescription he had ordered, and canceled my future appointment and request to be removed from their records as a patient.
