When you enter said offices there are 2-5 receptionists twiddling their thumbs who could have taken that call directly. This does nothing for patient/office staff trust and relationships. This Harbin/Atrium partnership has destroyed good medical practice as we knew it. Cha-Ching. Billable procedures that do not work but make revenue are encouraged. Overuse of scans. Overuse of procedures. The sheep that live in this area are compliant to the point of allowing being scolded for individual thought as to their care. They follow blindly.
