I want to be very clear on that. I'm sad I won't be seeing him again due to other people employed there. My insurance company tried to get in touch for two weeks regarding a claim, and left many voicemails. They were never returned, so my insurance company asked me if I could follow up. I called and sent a message through their patient portal. I did talk to a person who I think was a PA or something. He answered nothing, didn't get my patient info, and I was put on hold for 20 mins, and then was hung up on. I called back and another staff member said this person had gone to see a patient while I was on hold. That's just wrong and disrespectful. I should have been valued as a patient as well. I called back again a few days later and talked to this same person again and he said he would set up a time to talk to them. That did not ever happen. My insurance company ended up denying my claim because they never got the information they needed. It was a good bit of money, and that affected my ability to get ongoing care. It's really unacceptable that a doctor's office affects your health negatively.

Dr. Bob discussed my family medical history- parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and siblings. Only then did he proceed with a thorough exam, Rx review, and due to history of heart problems, gave me an EKG right there in his office and went over it with me before I left. If I call them sick, they have never failed to see that same day. If something comes up last minute and I can't make a scheduled appt. I have never been charged. I have gone in for check ups and before leaving, he would say "Anything else we need to look at today?" and I would tell him about a concern I was having and he would come back and check this out, too. I don't just consider him my doctor, I think of him as my friend. And lest you assume I was paid to write this, he has too much integrity to even think of asking a patient to do that!

Dr. Hudson was highly recommended and he and his staff was the medical professionals we contacted after our move. Before we left our last home I had a thorough exam from my dentist of many years and he gave me his full recommendation of what my new dentist should look for and what needed attention. I didn't mention any of this during my first exam with Dr. Hudson but after his exam he made the same exact diagnosis and recommendations. Along with the accurate diagnosis his treatment is very gentle and thorough. Dr. Hudson's personality is very calm and friendly and everyone on the staff is extremely nice. Amy provides my wife and I regularly cleanings and she is very thorough with her exam and cleanings. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and up to date as are all of the exam and treatment areas. I was surprised at some of the modern equipment, such as the Xray system that captures images without film and provides instant images. I don't think we have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time. If you are looking for a great dentist and with a friendly and accommodating staff I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Hudson's office.

No explanation except that he was delayed and because he was gonna have to talk with me we would need yo reschedule. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
