But during a recent visit, a different therapist decided she could get in my herself (she's 88 and uses a walker). She went under and her caregiver jumped in to get her up. The therapist, meanwhile, was emptying her pockets and taking off her shoes. As of course complained and insisted that the therapist accompany her. Shortly thereafter we were advised that they didn't think therapy was helping her and refused further services. I think you can figure out as well as I why they decided not to continue. They simply didn't want to be bothered to put forth any effort.

She handles all appointment scheduling and insurance claims herself so you'll never have to worry about dealing with an unresponsive front office staff etc. I was devastated when I first broke my wrist and later on really looked forward to going to my appointments every week. Claire provides a 1 on 1 experience during sessions as well as various exercises to do at home. She was instrumental in getting my wrist functional again and even provided an excellent recommendation for my dad's PT. Kids-Can Therapy not only recognized the struggles he was having but identified more such as his need for specialized glasses. They've go far beyond what other therapists do and truly meet your child where they are. The staff is warm and caring and my son is willing to go outside his comfort zone because he knows his therapist has his back. My son has been a client for nearly 6 years and it is no exaggeration to say it has been lifechanging. At the time he began, he was having severe motor tics, was unable to leave the house, unable to go up and down stairs, was constantly dizzy, had severe sensory reactions to foods and sounds, severe anxiety in crowds and more.
