I am disabled so I need these things. They sent the contract by text, River assured me they had no cancellation restrictions. I went to the facility today. Not only is it truly dirty inside, with just one piece of each equipment, I checked the red light LED dry sauna, not only was it ice cold and not turned on but it is not red light LED. The "manager admitted it was only red colored bulbs and that it takes a long time to heat up. Worst yet...when I went to see the massage tables there were only two, one had filthy street clothes laying on it, and there was a homeless man in underwear on the other table. The smell was unreal. The manager saw him and blew it off. Then told me that they do charge 99.00 to cancel. It's a third party who won't cancel. He clearly has ripped people off before because he was very routine in this scam. He wasn't concerned at all that homeless people lay on those beds nearly naked. He laughed and said pleasure doing business with you. This is a dump and they are thieves. If you belong there do not go near the tables or sauna, it's gross and no one who works there cares.
