They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner. It would be VERY NICE to see some good changes in the near future. IN THE MEANTIME, I won't be going back to the ROC!

The difference with the other patient is, he can't pay his until the 14th. The other patient is still able to be seen by the doctor, but I have to reschedule my appointment because of a co-pay. What is the difference between myself and the other patient? This is insane. I said something in the heat of the moment, but they should never Allow a baby suffer over being upset w/ me. They should have just had me sit outside& let my husband stay. They said no, u need to leave, come get your dog!! He was lifeless, almost 100lbs and they just stood and watched as we struggled to get him in to the car. Obviously, the oath they took was a joke to them.
