They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner. He took his time taking measures of the hand that needed surgery. Dr. Starr made us feel comfortable about the upcoming operation. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. During the follow-up visit after the surgery Rachel was helpful and explained to us how to exercise my husband's hand to help the healing process. We can highly recommend this facility.
