They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner. It would be VERY NICE to see some good changes in the near future. IN THE MEANTIME, I won't be going back to the ROC!

The difference with the other patient is, he can't pay his until the 14th. The other patient is still able to be seen by the doctor, but I have to reschedule my appointment because of a co-pay. What is the difference between myself and the other patient? This is insane. Had my…read moreaunt not been with me that was a vet tech for 30 years they would've talked me into putting down my cat as opposed to pay in that $5000. She looked through the bill and then talked to the vet and got it down to $700 and then we got another $130 back. She figured out how they could do outpatient care for him for the day and then send him home with us. When I took him to my regular vet on Monday morning, he was appalled. They had tried to talk me into a surgery for him. They had tried all kinds of stuff. It was just the worst experience I've ever had and I have been to a emergency vet quite a few times over the years with dogs and cats. I do not recommend going here if you're gonna go somewhere for an emergency vet go to VCSG in Chattanooga.

Previous doc walked in, looked at my chart, wrote new scrips (high BP) and if I wanted to discuss anything else, make an appointment! Dr. Bob discussed my family medical history- parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and siblings. Only then did he proceed with a thorough exam, Rx review, and due to history of heart problems, gave me an EKG right there in his office and went over it with me before I left. If I call them sick, they have never failed to see that same day. If something comes up last minute and I can't make a scheduled appt. I have never been charged. I have gone in for check ups and before leaving, he would say "Anything else we need to look at today?" and I would tell him about a concern I was having and he would come back and check this out, too. I don't just consider him my doctor, I think of him as my friend. And lest you assume I was paid to write this, he has too much integrity to even think of asking a patient to do that!
