They will call you if they've had cancellations and try to reschedule your appointment, which can be nice. The Con's: Good luck waiting under an hour to be seen and that's just the main waiting room, once they bring you back to the exam rooms you will wait 15-30 mins to see the Doctor. They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner. It would be VERY NICE to see some good changes in the near future. IN THE MEANTIME, I won't be going back to the ROC!

Ultimately, Red Top did what was needed and got my partner's mental health stabilized. However, it…read morewas at the coast of the health and wellness of our family as a whole. Their intake contact Jaimy lied about the level of contact we would have both with my partner and the team in charge of their care. This added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. Despite what you are told at intake, you will get no more than 15 minutes a day to talk to your loved one and they are in a VERY public space with a ton of background noise that makes it difficult to communicate. You will also NOT have regular contact with their care team. They are concerned with the home environment the patient will return to but have very little compassion for the family and do not seem to have a grasp that life outside of the facility does not get put on hold. Know going in that despite what you are told, you will have little contact with your loved one, minimal updates about their progress and care, and might hear from their care team once over the course of 4wks. Being informed of this ahead of time might help others manage a difficult situation - especially if there are children involved. It would have been a much better experience for everyone if they had been clear on the realities of the expected communication from the start.

From the very first phone call with Ashley to every staff member across all disciplines--on every shift, weekday and weekend, day and night--each person demonstrated outstanding kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. My 25-year-old son, who had no prior mental health history, began experiencing troubling thoughts and was later diagnosed with Type 2 Bipolar Disorder. Throughout his stay, he was cared for in a truly nonjudgmental and supportive environment. When I picked him up from the facility, he said something I will never forget: "This place truly saved my life." For that, my family and I will be forever thankful. Even after his discharge, the continued care, follow-up calls, and sincere concern from the staff have been deeply reassuring. The team's dedication to ensuring continuity of care--through multiple resources and at various levels--speaks volumes about the quality and integrity of Red Top Wellness Center. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping our son and for giving our family hope again. Sincerely, A Forever Grateful Mom

I chose PT Solutions of Dallas because of proximity to my home and based on recommendations from trusted sources. I went with expectations of professionalism and compassion and received the exact opposite. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with paperwork that seemed unending and then told I had to pay out of pocket $570 for the initial visit, $350 dollars for the next 3 visits, and $75 each subsequent visit. I did not receive a call from anyone prior to my appointment explaining my insurance benefits and was told this is what I would have to pay or I could just get billed. My understanding is we only owe a co-pay with our plan and have met a deductible but no one at the site seemed to have knowledge of our coverage. I did receive an evaluation from a PT that only lasted approximately 20 minutes during which the PT was very distracted with other clients in the gym. I felt I was ignored and he wasn't listening to me about my symptoms. I did not receive any education about my condition or new information to guide me in my exercise program. I had already received a home program from my orthopedist, and this PT did not review or contribute in any way to the program. At the end of the session, he performed a manual technique that caused extra pain and did help my symptoms. He was very unresponsive to my questions and dismissive. The gym was crowded, and I was also handed off to an assistant to perform exercises that were very difficult for me but the PT was not attentive and confusing in his communication. Would not recommend this location at all and very disappointed in my experience.

They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.
