He relied mostly on the x-rays of my teeth even though I was a brand new patient to him. The hygienist tried to bring his attention to a tooth that concerned both she and I but he did not take the time to really look at it. I have never experienced a dental exam (or lack thereof) like that before in my life. Usually the dentist looks in your mouth and taps around checking various teeth--none of that took place. It was like going to the doctor and they only look at lab work and never listen to your heart/lungs or check your blood pressure--but expect to know exactly what's wrong with you based just on your lab tests without actually looking at you! Crazy. I will not be going back.

They tell you they will "try" to fit you in the same day, but then admit they use both preventative appointments to just get one cleaning. The receptionist is incredibly rude and the office manager is supportive of this poor behavior.
