I said I don't know the usual whatever she made me lose some test so I told her just flu and strep she said those were negative and they use a rapid test too for flu and so they're not they're not accurate. The doctor came in to say everything looked all right with his hands closed. He didn't do nothing. he just sat there and so he wouldn't give me anthing except allergy OC . I continue to suffer for three more days till I got where I could drive to the doctor. My husband was working and I was too dizzy to drive but the infection kept coming out and it still shows up on test everywhere but there. . Otherwise he was against giving me anything and I came home and my throat kept hurting, and I can't wash it out and using over-the-counter medicines like my friends told me and it eventually started blowing out thick, nasty yellow stuff in my ears hurting. I was too dizzy to drive to my regular doctor and so I had to wait two days And then go, but I have an infection and why these people can't see it because they didn't. they did not test me or the test were no good and they shouldn't ask somebody that's non-medical what to be tested for I'm very displeased with this location is the one on Turner McCall Boulevard in Rome, Georgia. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. They got plenty of workers comp people coming in. I guess that's how they stay afloat cause if you need help you gotta go somewhere else.. I'm serious. You can have anything and I'll say nothing's wrong with you. They did nothing for me. They're terrible. I will never go to any urgent care again especially this one.

Previous doc walked in, looked at my chart, wrote new scrips (high BP) and if I wanted to discuss anything else, make an appointment! Dr. Bob discussed my family medical history- parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and siblings. Only then did he proceed with a thorough exam, Rx review, and due to history of heart problems, gave me an EKG right there in his office and went over it with me before I left. If I call them sick, they have never failed to see that same day. If something comes up last minute and I can't make a scheduled appt. I have never been charged. I have gone in for check ups and before leaving, he would say "Anything else we need to look at today?" and I would tell him about a concern I was having and he would come back and check this out, too. I don't just consider him my doctor, I think of him as my friend. And lest you assume I was paid to write this, he has too much integrity to even think of asking a patient to do that!
