Love these people. I went in with tears and came out so excited. They fixed my car so fast. I…read morehad taken my car to several places and was told it couldn't be fixed. Well guess what? When you go to the pro's - they know what they are doing!!! If you have auto damage and you live close to Enterprise - they are the best!!!!

Excellent for the quality of the repairs but the duration of the repair ? Too long, the excuse is parts for Honda and Toyota coming in slowly, word on the street: bullshit. Honda and Toyota stocks have been doing fairly well in recent months. Customer service? A lot to be desired. "7-10 business days" as told when I turned in my car late August, so expected completion September 10-13, sadly but consistently weekly callings concerning my vehicle's status, "hopefully by the end of the week". Two and half weeks later I called and received a brief explanation of the status of my vehicle and it'll be ready at the end of September. Week three called/ week five in the shop, 38 business days my vehicle was completed. Received the only text from them that my car was ready after I paid for it and picked it up. Communication is key to ensure a smooth business transaction plus reliability to your word. I'm satisfied with the results but not happy with the duration, when surveying the damage of the vehicle: isn't it necessary to order parts for the vehicle posthaste to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner? Yes. If there will be a delay, let them know firsthand and keep the customer updated. This was my first and this is my last time at this business.

Had some bodywork done on our vehicle after a minor accident. We were recommend this business by…read moreour insurance carrier. The owner is very nice my husband said, but the quality of the work was very much under par. We've had to take it back several times for them to fix something that was done and shouldn't have been, or not done that should have been done. I understand he's had to hire new people, but there should be some type of quality control before returning a vehicle. The first repair took at least a month or more (I would have to go back and look at my calendar for the first visit) and the vehicle was returned completely dirty and dusty inside, with footprints all over the floor of the van, Insulation was left out and on the floor of the vehicle. Some of the seams of the body of the vehicle didn't line up. We also had problems with the automatic doors working. After I cleaned off the sensors they seem so be working most of the time now. We just returned it because the windows had air leaking in because the seals we not put back properly. The owner was very nice and apologetic about the trouble and repeated return visits. He even repaired something on the vehicle that wasn't part of the body repair, that's why I gave a second star. I'm sorry but he needs better trained workers and again, some quality control. Needless to say, we don't feel as though the money spent there was worth it and won't be going back, unless there's something else wrong with the original repair. Unfortunately, we have to inform our insurance carrier not to refer people there anymore.
