Excellent for the quality of the repairs but the duration of the repair ? Too long, the excuse is parts for Honda and Toyota coming in slowly, word on the street: bullshit. Honda and Toyota stocks have been doing fairly well in recent months. Customer service? A lot to be desired. "7-10 business days" as told when I turned in my car late August, so expected completion September 10-13, sadly but consistently weekly callings concerning my vehicle's status, "hopefully by the end of the week". Two and half weeks later I called and received a brief explanation of the status of my vehicle and it'll be ready at the end of September. Week three called/ week five in the shop, 38 business days my vehicle was completed. Received the only text from them that my car was ready after I paid for it and picked it up. Communication is key to ensure a smooth business transaction plus reliability to your word. I'm satisfied with the results but not happy with the duration, when surveying the damage of the vehicle: isn't it necessary to order parts for the vehicle posthaste to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner? Yes. If there will be a delay, let them know firsthand and keep the customer updated. This was my first and this is my last time at this business.

The recovery was done with full authorization from the lienholder, and the vehicle was parked in an open, unsecured area without any posted mechanic's lien or locked gate. Despite that, this shop is participating in an effort to criminalize a lawful act, seemingly due to personal connections with members of the police department. If you value professionalism, accountability, and transparency, I would proceed with caution.

Stay far away from this bodyshop! These people are bald face liars!…read more Paint they used did not match original. It was so plainly obvious. They used the " Your car is a 2012 ( it was 2015) the original paint has faded...." I insisted they do something about it. Mr. Blackmon said they would " scan" the original paint, get some new paint, and repaint. Went back to pick it up and they brought it out. They sprayed water all over it trying to hide the same flaw in color plus the flaws in their workmanship from rushing through the repaint. I asked for the leftover paint. Turns out, they used the same paint as previous ( date on can proves this), but painted more panels trying to disguise it. I went to a local automotive paint supplier who looked up my color by the VIN number because there are 4 variations of "Boston Red" used by the car manufaturer. They said the paint used by Blackmon's is for an all over paint job and was not intended for blending , which was the biggest problem. Now I have a car that is 2 different colors. 60% Blackmon's crap and 40% original color. Orange peel texture with areas where dust debris got in the finish. Estimates to fix Blackmon's poor paint job are 4 times the original cost. This site made me give a star rating to post this review, otherwise I would have given them no stars. Repeat. Stay away from this business!

From the beginning, Brian (the owner) and his staff provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to address my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. My vehicle was ready for pickup by February 2nd, which was a great turnaround time considering the damage. The repairs look great, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they showed. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs. 10/10 experience!
