One item they tried to sell me was a replacement engine belt. They tried all the fear tactics one would expect to be used on an older female driver. Nevertheless, I bought a belt elsewhere and contacted a mechanic that I trust. He set out to change the "frayed belt that was about to break" only to find that said belt was in perfect condition and didn't need to be changed. EXPRESS OIL CHANGE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME!!!
