I have been searching for about a month for a car for my son. And although Hyundai was not my first selection, I am glad I took a look. Chris was my guy from the very start. Very helpful as I had just had surgery, so most of our communication was via text and calls. But what I love the most about Chris, he listened to my needs. Chris also went above and beyond and delivered the car to my son at his University. I could not have asked for better services. Because of these outstanding A+ services, I plan to return at the end of the year upon my lease's end.

Not only is this on their website, but was sent in a solicitation email to get me to bring my car in for service on 9/1/2020

I am terribly disappointed and frankly fed up with the service department at South Point Hyundai. Every time I bring my car in for an issue there, it is always some new nightmare. I thought Steve told me a year ago he was brought in to fix the service department there, but things only seem to be getting worse and worse. The most recent incident. Yesterday, my 2017 Hyundai Sonata, which is still under bumper to bumper warranty, the truck just stopped closing. My girlfriend went out to the car to get something, closed the trunk, and it would not remain closed. This was about 3:30 yesterday. Knowing how bad things can get at the service department, I figured that bringing it in yesterday in the afternoon, so close to the close of business, there would be no way that the car would get seen. So I went to the website to double check the service hours, and then "chatted" with someone on the website about what the issue with my car was, and that I would be at Southpoint Hyundai first thing in the morning with my car. The representative said that someone would contact me yesterday. Of course no one reached out to me at all, but I figured oh well, it doesn't matter I am going to bring my car in first thing in the morning. Cut to this morning, I get to Southpoint Hyundai at 6:45 AM and wait outside the locked lot until 7 AM when they open the gate. I am the second car in line. We pull in, and Patrica (at least that is the name on the door of the office that she was working out of) takes the first person in line. There are no other service representatives at the time, and there are now about 10 cars in line. A second line forms next to the line I am in. A few minutes later a second service representative (no idea what her name was since the office she was working out of had no name on it) comes out of the main office, and she immediately goes to the first car in this second line. I sit and wait. When Patricia finishes with the first car she comes to me and says, "Do you have an appointment" I tell her no. She says, "What are you here for?" I tell her "My trunk stopped closing last night" She says ok in a fluster and runs off to her office. I wait. She comes back out and stops at the car next to me and speaks to the driver. Then she turns to me and says "This lady has an appointment so I am going to take her first, is that okay?" I tell her, " No it is not ok, I waited in line, I am here, the other representative didn't bother to ask who was next, she just took the first car, I didn't want my trunk to stop closing all of a sudden, but it did, and I am here and I am next in line, and you need to take care of me next" Note that this entire time Patricia is huffy and flustered. The day has just started, she has helped one customer before me, and she already seems completely overwhelmed. She isn't exactly being outright rude, but certainly also isn't giving quality customer service. In her huff she begins logging in the car. She then tells me "You know, we are still trying to service cars from 8/26/2020" So I said to her, "do you mean to tell me that you may not even take a look at my car for a week?" She says, "Well they are working in the cars as fast as they can" I say, "But you are telling me I have to leave it, but you have no idea when they will get to it, but I can't take it with me because it's not like you guys are going to call me when its my turn right" She says, "No we won't call you like that you do have to leave it" I say, "but you have no idea when someone can get to it and it could be weeks, so I am just supposed to leave my car here for weeks with no idea when a mechanic will actually look at it." She says " I didn't say weeks" I said to her, " You are telling my that service is still trying to get to cars from 8/26/2020 right" She says, "Yes" I say, "Ok, well that is a week ago, and service still hasn't gotten to that car, so why should I expect that all of a sudden service is going to get to my car in less time?" She, clearly flustered, has no response and reaches her iPad towards me and says, "Do you want to sign?" At this point, I really really don't want to sign, and I don't want to leave my car for this unspecified and crazy long amount of time, but really what option do I have? My trunk won't close, I can't drive around with it flapping open, and the car is under warranty, so what else can I do exactly? I begrudgingly sign. I tell her, "Sure seems like your new Service Manager hasn't made any of those improvements he was going to make" She says, "We are just busy. Everyone is busy" Then, I walk inside the main office to sign up for shuttle service. Low and behold there is no courtesy shuttle service. I get multiple emails from Southpoint Hyundai about the monthly specials and bring your car in for service. I even received one this very morning 9/1/2020.

Enterprise did not fail me in reference to the experience. I ended up rescheduling my appointment that I had a previous day due to all the events going on and wrapping up paperwork for a car accident that I recently had in a car that I purchased this year as well. The best experience was really understanding what I was purchasing and signing for again, and the fact that I have an upgrade from what I had previously had a lower price. I'm very grateful for the experience and the test drive and the openness that was provided in this journey. Finally, did you know that when you rent a enterprise car and then decide to purchase one of their cars off of the sale lot, they will take care of the rental for you and you don't have to worry about going to get this car dropped off. It's always the service environment for me. Everyone was really friendly. The managers and the supporting Financial staff were very communicative and helpful in the quick transition of the new purchase.

Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. I will not be doing business with this dealership again and strongly caution others to be very careful if they choose to do so. My wife and I came in to test drive a car and, after the test drive, submitted a credit application--explicitly authorizing a credit pull--with the clear intent to purchase the vehicle. We were told everything was in order and scheduled an appointment the following morning for my wife to move forward with financing and paperwork. At no point were we informed that the vehicle was still at risk of being sold. While my wife was on her way to completing the financing process, she received a call informing her that the vehicle had been shown to another couple and sold. This occurred despite our salesperson clearly communicating to management that this deal was essentially set. That information was dismissed, and management allowed another salesperson to show and sell the vehicle without extending us even the courtesy of a phone call to give us the opportunity to finalize the purchase--which we absolutely would have done. I work with dealerships regularly in my profession, and while you hear stories like this, you hope they are exaggerated or rare. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. When I raised the issue with management, the response felt scripted, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven, with no ownership or genuine concern for how poorly this was handled. It became very clear that the priority was selling the vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of fairness, professionalism, or existing commitments. The message sent was simple: once a faster or more convenient sale appears, an active and committed customer is expendable. That reflects a lack of integrity in both process and leadership. I previously had a positive experience purchasing from Toyota of Cedar Park, which makes this situation even more disappointing. This was not a failure of the salesperson I worked with--it was a management decision, and it speaks volumes about how business is conducted there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you choose to do business here, proceed with caution and do not assume that verbal assurances, credit applications, or scheduled appointments mean anything unless a deal is fully executed. This dealership and its management team should be ashamed of themselves!

During one of my daily searches on Auto Trader a new listing popped up for Mark Weinstein Motors. It was a "unicorn" vehicle - rare in existence - an older model, incredibly low mileage, in fantastic shape (barely driven) and the listed price was in the KBB green price range (either good or great price for the vehicle's value). I reached out to Mark, who was quick to answer any and all my questions. I was in Houston and I couldn't make the trip to Austin to see the vehicle until the weekend, but he graciously agreed to hold the vehicle for me without any downpayment once I had set an appointment for a third party inspection. Despite receiving other inquiries about the vehicle, he held it for me for almost a week and even stayed a little late on Friday for my husband's and my arrival into town. The test drive and purchase process were smooth and straightforward. Mark explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra step of fixing the temporary paper license plate on top of an old metal plate to make it more secure. It's another example of Mark's great customer service. Like his great communication from start to finish - phone calls and text messages were always answered promptly.
