I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, but it's clear things have gone downhill --…read morefast. This shop used to be courteous, efficient, and respectful of customers' time. Now, they seem far more interested in dealing with complicated repair issues than providing the basic oil change service they built their reputation on. Twice recently I showed up and was met with long, unexplained wait times. On my second visit, I was told it would be a 30‑minute wait. Forty minutes later, my vehicle hadn't even been touched -- and no one bothered to update me or acknowledge the delay. When I asked the attendant who originally quoted the wait time, he couldn't have cared less. No apology, no explanation, no urgency. Just a dismissive "have a good day" before walking off. That attitude told me everything I needed to know. This place has completely lost the professionalism and customer care that kept me coming back for years. If this is how they treat long‑time customers, I can only imagine how they treat first‑timers. They've changed, and not for the better. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that still values its customers.

It was easily caught visually and you could smell the mold throughout the fifth wheel. Communication is severely lacking. He doesn't call you about the inspection when he is done or let you know when he emails it to you. It's just there - so you have no idea how much time he actually spent doing the inspection. And follow up questions prove more negligence. When asked about the hood vent he said when you turn it on it vents inside. Nope. It doesn't turn on at all. It's a hidden lift up storage compartment. And asked about the cameras on the side markers. He said there should be a unit that plugs into the cigarette lighter if the truck that connects to them in the drawers. There wasn't one. The guy who just went through the whole camper apparently. Couldn't tell me if there was a head unit for those cameras or not. Just said whatever he wanted. Many misses in his report. LASTLY - he did not check the propane properly. First it's supposed to have two straps that hold the tank in. There's only one. THEN I turned on the propane to test the stove. Because, now I feel I have to test everything since Mike is incompetent, i have to do his job. Then Walked away. Two min later, I could smell PROPANE. I checked both sides. And both sides are hissing. And loud. The propane line has a HUGE gash in it, leaking propane. Mikes negligence could have killed me. With mold or an explosion. I would not have purchased this 43,000$ camper had his report caught the water damage. Or the mold. Or all the cracking failing sealant throughout the unit of a 2022. And in our conversations said several times what a clean nice unit it is. I'm an open heart scrub nurse that has helped thousand of patients. Had I made these mistakes or been so mediocre I would not have a job. But right now I only have no place to live so I have to rent another condo for a month because I'm not living with the mold in that unit until it's paid to be remediated. I would not recommend Mike littrell. I emailed him back asking for his certification numbers and insurance. He has stopped all communication. Is he even certified? Does he even have the proper insurance for negligence mistakes. This mistake deserves to be reported.
