After all, we are talking about home protection, not selling shoes here. The alarm installers showed up on time, introduced themselves, and were very easy to work with. Thank you, Ulysses, Marlin, and Edison. Then we had San Marino replace our old camera system. They did a fantastic job of getting all the cameras to cover the strategic areas. I was impressed! Thank you Dennis, Victor, and Chris. I will soon replace my alarm system and cameras at my business, and recommend San Marino Security Systems to anyone who may be serious about protecting their home with an alarm and camera system. Earlier this year we…read morereceived a notice that one of our devices will need updating and I contacted them right away. 7+ months later and nothing has been done, no one returns our phone calls, no one calls to schedule. I keep calling them and filling out the contact form on their website only for nothing to be done. I have asked for 7 months for them to assign a new Rep. for our account after the old one left and still no Rep. I have called to file complaints and I don't think they even do that they keep putting someone on the phone who claims they are a manager but nothing gets done, just talk. This is a very unprofessional company and if you want any sort of actual service and support LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM POST ALARM!

I would give WyreDreams a 10-star, but that is not possible, so a five shall do.

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
