Oftentimes customer service declines once a company gets your money. But, that hasn't been the case with Source Pest Control. The service Martin provides seems to get better as time goes on. There have been a few competitors that have come by my home to poach my business by offering identical services for a lower price. I scheduled a termite inspection and the service person (Dylan) was right on time. Dylan Reed came to our door and before entering he greeted me and put on his boot/shoes cover. I showed Dylan where I thought the termites were and after Dylan inspected the area he determined it was not termites. I really want to thank Dylan for his honesty! I requested a termite inspection because I noticed termite swarmers in my house. First off, commutation was easy and quick via test message and Erick would respond so promptly to any of my questions. Also, I made a last minute schedule change and Erick was very willing to accommodate. He also arrived right in time and he was able to find the source of the termites quickly and the termites were in my couch! Erick even went above and beyond and helped me remove the couch from my house. He also did a thorough inspection of the house to make sure there were no other signs of termites. We noticed some evidence of termites a while back but have been dealing with other stuff and put it on the back burner. When a rat set off our ring camera outside one early morning and we thought we heard a 'scurry' in the ceiling we decided it was time to call pest control. Reached out to a few places on Yelp and Source was the first to respond/ be available for a free inspection. Dylan came to perform the inspection and he was so professional and friendly and courteous. He made sure to put booties on his shoes when he walked into the house. He was very knowledgeable about the patterns/ behavior of termites and rodents and explained things to us. He climbed into the attic crawl space and did a full inspection and thank goodness reported back that there were no signs of rodents up there (although there was some signs of termites). We go a fair/ reasonable quote to tent the house. He said it wasn't too bad/ urgent (which is great as we are dealing with some medical expenses / obligations at the moment). I really appreciate his honesty and taking the time to come out for the inspection even when it may be a while before we can move forward with the tenting. We will for sure be calling Source when we are ready to deal with the termites. read more

I am very impressed by the service I received by Source Pest Control, as well as the technician Kiefer S. I sent out a blast for quotes on Yelp for my out of control ant problem (little tiny black ants and just cannot get rid of them in my kitchen). I asked for quotes Saturday at 5 pm and by several hours later had heard back from Source, liked what I heard, signed their docusign and paid for service set for Monday morning between 8:30-10:30. Monday morning at 8:30 Kiefer S shows up and could not be more polite, professional and a good communicator, clearly explaining what he was going to do and what to expect. He also listened to all of my concerns and took care of them. Too early to tell how effective the treatment is and will be - but some of the ant-bait gel Kiefer put out is right now swarming with about 100 of those little buggers, which is kind of nasty - but a great sign that the bait is working as expected - they seem to just love it! Kiefer also treated the outside with spray and powder as well as a rat/rodent bait box. If only all businesses could run so smoothly! Well done Source Pest Control. read more

I did not use their services. However, they were very responsive and communicated with me very well. They answered my questions and have me a quote when I asked. Unfortunately, I realized that $200 for the first month, and monthly treatments thereafter are not in my budget. I will deal with the occasional ant attack and continue to work on eradicating my slight flea problem I have left on my own. That's just way too much for me. I was thinking maybe something like $40 a month but 200 a month is just out of the question. And if all other pest controls are comparable, well, That is a luxury I jjust cannot afford. read more

I've had a quartery service plan for about a year and they show up consistently each month. This month they showed up while nobody was home so only serviced the exterior. About 2 weeks after the service we started getting ant in our home. Called source and the next day they scheduled a new service and Martin was my tech. WOW! Just WOW! These folks are outstanding! We live in Fallbrook and had pretty much exhausted all possibilities for a decent pest control company. (We had been with one for 8 years and they just stop showing up for service. Then we found another one that had a liking to MLB. They were 3 times as much money as anyone else and rarely showed up, but when they did, the office never called us to tell us they were coming, so we could give them access to the property.) So, when I found Source Pest Control and saw all the amazing reviews (which is really all anybody can count on for references these days), I gave them a call on Friday. They looked up my address. I told them the type of services we've had in the past. They gave us a very reasonable quote. I filled out the form online, put in my CC info. The next day, Saturday, the amazing Kiefer came to our house on time and in a great mood! He explained all that he was going to do for our initial visit. Completed the work and was on his way.
