Thought I was seeing signs of Termites, I'm not a pro or have encountered anything like that so I wanted to have someone come out and just check out the house. Still using Source after all these years, I'd say 10+ at this point. Their service is consistent, prompt, and attentive. Today Kiefer came out to follow up on an issue. When Source tells you they'll come anytime, for any issue, in between services, they mean it. Source is easy to contact, their techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and I believe they've only raised their pricing once since we began quarterly service with them.
