Quote and price and timing were good. But they did not stick to the schedule of two nights tented. We had to move out an elderly battling dementia so it was quite an ordeal. Couldn't wait to get her back in her own home where she's comfortable. But - the tent company did not come to air out the house as scheduled and we had to stay evacuated for a whole extra day! It was traumatic and upsetting for the dementia person and us having to take care of her!! Very disappointed that they didn't keep their schedule - "because they were too busy." They knew we had to evacuate a dementia patient and get a hotel. This job should have been a priority. If it was a vacant house it wouldn't have been a big deal. When I told them how disruptive and difficult that extra day was, they said they were sorry. No discount for the inconvenience. Was not a pleasant experience. read more

I was highly impressed by the service I received from Knockout Pest Control today. Chase came out on time and inspected my home for termites. I had an area across the front of my house that was a concern but he explained that it was from water not termites and he made a couple of suggestions of why it happened. He went on to inspect the outside of my house and the inside of my garage at no cost. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I found Knockout via a referral as I needed to get my house tented for termites. Elias came out to do an inspection and take measurements for the quote. He was on time, professional, and took the time to explain the process. There is some wackiness to the whole tenting process , but I felt more informed after Elias patiently answered my questions. Later on, I dealt with the owner, Chase, as we worked through some tile warranty questions and issues. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and Chase also patiently and professionally answered my questions and addressed my issues. Isela in the office was my primary point of contact and was always available and responsive via phone and email. The tarps were pulled off this morning. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price, service, and responsiveness. Everything went exactly according to plan-- no surprises. Last year I signed up for the monthly ant control service, which requires an initial $150 payment and $85 each monthly treatment. This company is staffed with very nice and friendly individuals, however I never really got what I signed up for-ant control. Every treatment resulted in no ants for a few days, Sometimes only a couple days, after which they'd return. The company was good at making a follow-up visit but those were ultimately ineffective. Aside from a couple winter months I'd say that we were never ant free for more than a couple weeks. I received a call yesterday saying that they'd be out for the scheduled treatment today (Friday). I explained to Rep our disappointment in ineffective treatment and that I wanted to cancel annual plan, as I was getting similar results by using an over the counter Ortho product. She said that we had one visit remaining. I reluctantly said ok, then called back an hour later to speak to her about how I didn't feel I should be charged for a service that wasn't working. No call back so I called again this morning to say that I didn't want the treatment. When I returned home this evening I find a bill for $85 and they'd been out to treat my home -outside only as we weren't home. So, nice people buT I just paid over $1000 over a year for an ineffective service. read more

I rarely write reviews but I believe I need to write one for my excellent experience thus far. We had an Ant infestation and I was skeptical this would work but I decided to give it a try. Knock out Pest control came out and sprayed once and few days later we still seen lots of Ants so I called Knock out and they said they would come back and re spray at no additional cost! It has been almost 2 months and we have not seen a single Ant, Definetly recomend this company and the technician that came out was very professional. I cannot recommend this company enough. When my wife and I moved into our new house we had so many issues! We had cockroaches and even ants at one point. We were so happy that we had gone through them. They were able to alleviate any concern that we had. I can't tell you if they do a good job. I called and made an appointment. They stated they would be there between 1-3. At 3:00 no show. I received a call at 3:25 stating that he was running late. If you can't show up on time or call when you are running late I don't have have any faith in your work. read more

I called for an estimate and found out they are not in Fallbrook this company moves around. They don't have a place of business. They have PO Boxes as their office. Guys that work are shady. We were using another local pest control company earlier this year, yet our ant problem was horrible. The technicians were giving us less than mediocre service. They would spray a light mist around the house, then leave after 5 min! Frustrated, I decided to call Knockout Pest Control upon reading the great reviews. Well, I told them of my problem, & they came out the same day!! They treated the inside & sprayed extensively around the perimeter of our home & property! I was told afterwards to call them again if I noticed any increase in ant activity outside. I did see ants again after a few weeks. I called & they returned giving another liberal spray job, & success!! We have NOT been seeing any ants since! Do not hesitate to give them a call. They are honest, professional & courteous too. Knockout came to my home again after I used them for ants-Ants all gone but then I saw termites and wasn't sure if they were queen ants or termites after viewing pics on Google. The tech who also works for my OCEANA community was awesome. He came to reassure me that I didn't have queen ants-I collected 3 different types of bugs so they were all termites. He did an inspection for free and told me that the termites are swarming this time of year and that I didn't have a termite issue. He was so honest and told me to wait a couple of months to see if they return. I might add that he also accommodated me by spraying the inside of my house with non toxic sprays since I take care of my 2 year old grandchild in my home part time-He had a heart defect so can't have toxic chemicals around him. My HOA covered the outside too which alleviated a major ant issue I could not get rid of myself. read more

I am refinancing and needed a pest inspection completed. The lender was VERY difficult on the documents/reports they needed. In all, there must of been at least 8 communications made to Robin who works with Knockout. Anyway, she promptly assisted me each time and in a very helpful and polite manner. Moved to Fallbrook/Rainbow area about a month ago and immediately noticed issues with ants and fleas. The Knockout team came out and sprayed the house about 3 weeks ago and we haven't seen an ant since! Our dogs are much happier as well without the fleas. Reasonable priced and very professional. These guys are great.. Just had them come back after a couple of years to ward off another round of ants, black widows, brown widows, intellectual rats, determined gophers and a mysterious weasel like creature who has taken a liking to my tomatoes and my avocados. The technician from Knockkout was the same technician from 3 years ago.. whom I wholeheartedly admire as it was he, who took down the infamous rat whom lived in my house in comfort for almost 6 months before we could get rid of him. Knockout never gave up. We could not find the rat, he would not go for any of the traps and the technician finally found a small piece of insulation under the couch next to a plethora of nuts, seeds and a bag of dog food, that our resident rat was hoarding. From the insulation, we were able to trace it back to the dishwasher, and after removing the custom fit dishwasher, we discovered a hole in the wall next to the water line from the ceiling, so our rat was living in the attic, and coming down the pipe, he chewed his way through the wall, through the insulation of the dishwasher and came out the bottom of the dishwasher without leaving a trace.. This rat was coming down and living large inside my house every night. There was even eaten sunflower seeds on the window sill of our bay front window, where he sat in leisure, while gorging himself and watching his friends who were on the outside. We put the dishwasher back, and left a 2' Foot x 2' Foot sticky trap outside the hole in the wall. Sure enough, our fat rat came running down the pipe, into the dark abyss only to find himself caught! Finally.. and he was huge, I had to use the wide angle view finder on my phone just to get him in the picture.. Which I texted to the Guinness Book or World Records, but they never replied.. read more

My husband and I had termite damage in 6 - 60x60 windows which overlook the pool. Chase Construction which is also same onwer or Knockout Pest Control came and made a reasonable bid, so we started the work which was during the 100 degree weather. The 2 construction men showed up exactly on time each day and worked hard through the day. The estimated time was right on, work was done perfectly, very courteous workmen, and they cleaned up everyday before leaving. I now can get my house tented by Knockout Pest, good-bye termites and any other bugs! We also had a 260 ft beautiful wood fence put up by Chase Construction - again, timely and so professional! This took me about a year to post... But I wanted to make sure I finally got it done. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I have a 5,000 sq ft home in Fallbrook. We were having issues w/ rodents getting in our attic. We did not want to use any poison because we have three dogs and a cat. We called several companies and they came out and performed their services. All very nice but they couldn't solve our issue. Finally we contacted Elias at Knockout PC. He is a real pro. The initial consultation was very positive. But what happened after that was overly impressive. He kept coming out to our home over and over again until he conquered our issue. Never complained and never tried to up charge. More importantly, he solved our problem where others couldn't. Also, let me state the reason why he needed repeat trips is because our home is all steep pitch with high roof levels and really hard to get to areas. One word. Impressed. They are now my "go to" pest control company. read more
