The gentleman did a great job today. He went in the attic and took out 12 dead mice. He set traps again. The company has been very understanding that I no longer want to bait the mice because I don't wanna kill the owls. I have put up eight owl boxes and they are working with me to catch the mice until the owls start doing their job. They have been a great Pest company great communication whatever I need. We've been using Source to tackle a mouse invasion of our property. They are effective but they've been using sticky pads that trap the mice, the lizards and anything else that gets caught. I called to get a home inspection because there was rodent activity in our condo in Carlsbad. Tyler came out and performed a thorough inspection and did not find any openings where rodents could enter the condo. He was honest, professional, and on time. They came out and sprayed the area and set traps for the rodents. Almost immediately we saw fewer bugs. The rodent thing took a couple more visits but they got us sorted right out! I think the pricing is fair for their offerings and, probably more importantly, commitment to your service. About two years ago I engaged Source Pest Control to aid in eliminating the spiders, insects of all types which leads me to believe Murrieta has been built on an ant hill. After the first treatment, no more insects.The price is fair, the service is outstanding and always each quarter without exception. Today's technician: Fernando Hernandez, went to work immediately after notifying he was here. Spider webs knocked down, ant trails sprayed and concrete entry points sprayed as well. The service was performed as requested. The technician was skilled, friendly and forthcoming. Unfortunately, at the end of the 1-month contract we never did see a dead rodent in a trap, so we have no way to tell if the service yielded results or if it was having the roof repaired, the trees cut back, or putting out poison toss packs in addition to Source Pest Controls traps.
