I reached out to Source Pest Control in desperation as we've had a relentless ant issue since the weather started warming up. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to let our dog sniff him. Title: Why is all this saw dust on the floor? (Checking YouTube... "That is not sawdust you got in your hand that is termite poop!" Second Title: I could have gone my whole life without knowing that. So, my son came to me on Tuesday and said, "hey dad, I believe there are spider eggs on my wall. I went to his room and was like "hmm, doesn't look like spider eggs. Just clean your wall just to make sure. I leave the room and go back minding my own business. My son comes back later and says hey I think I have termites. I am thinking that is odd, so I go back to his room, and he shows me what looks like sawdust on his dresser. I pick it up and he says "Yeah, I looked it up online and that is termite droppings." Me looking at him thinking you could have told me before I touched it. It looks like the termites were using the hole my son made with thumb tacks to hang things on the wall to push the "sawdust" out. I do what a normal person that do not have a special set of skills to handle termites and went to Yelp Projects for a solution. Jared B. of Source Pest Control let me know they could show up on Thursday between 12 noon and 2pm. Received a call from Dylan and he let me know that he will be at my home by noon. This is awesome because that means that I didn't have to wait during my allotted time wondering when someone was going to show up. I even called Dylan and let him know that I may be running late getting home since I am on lunch, and he told me that it was ok and that he will wait for me to get back. Dylan showed up, put bags on his feet and went to my son's room and confirmed that yes, we do have termites not a sawdust problem. He explained that he will check the attic, roof and look around the house to make sure there was no other problem areas. He checked and let me know that everything looks good other than the room and treated the wall. 1. He drilled a slightly larger hole then the thumb tack hole. 2. Pushed foam into the hole using pressure (this even caused some termites to pop out. Really interesting to see. 3. And he plastered the holes up. Dylan was a very pleasant person to talk to and let me know that I might want to check around the house every 2 years for any problems (like termites or dry rot) Process was very painless, and I will definitely reach out to them again if I have another problem, however I hope I never do. read more

Update: Source resolved the issue within a matter of a few hours, getting a specialist out here same day. The owner personally reached out to me, working to get our mouse issue resolved and reached out to follow up as well! They went above and beyond and I'm thankful. We've been with source over 3 years and they have been professional, courteous, and we could always expect their service to be top notch! Unfortunately, we ran into a mouse issue and requested another service. Twice we waited for them to come during the window. We received no call or text to let us know they couldn't make it or were running late. Not sure if they are servicing more areas with more clients, and that has led to less than ideal service.
