Thank you guys for the awesome service! Also it was really clean in here and nice and warm and quiet. A small escape from the cold night that was going on in Montreal. I ordered my two orders of dumplings, one pork and coriander and the other beef and onions. They were very good! I was more than satisfied with what I was given and especially enjoyed the portion size. It was very generous. My experience here was a great one. We ordered a small and medium; instantly regretted not getting a bigger size though because I def could have eaten more. Broth was darker than normal. Nothing stood out about the broth, but it was pretty spice-forward and still very much hit the spot. They surprisingly loaded up on the meat; I've never had this much meat in my bowl of pho at any other restaurants. The noodles were also cooked perfectly! Realistically I probably wouldn't come back here as often if my other usual spots were open, but I'm especially grateful they were welcoming during holiday hours.
