I read that if I wanted a salad, this was the place to go...so I went... The place is very cute...nice outdoor terrace/patio...cure inviting dining area....nice staff, They had salads on their menu as well as "create your own salad" option. I decided to get a salad made with baby spinach, quinoa and white tuna....the dressing on the side. I was not overly happy with my choice. The tuna almost looked like canned tuna that had been rinsed and dried out for the dish...That dish was over $17...a bit steep for 3 ingredients....Yes, the tuna was the most expensive part, but the shredded meat was not a favorite of mine... Maybe in the future I will ask for a Cobb salad...I might enjoy that better....

So glad we stopped here for lunch after visiting the Museum of Fine Arts which is around the corner. You can either make your own salad or order one of their pre-made options. The make your own's do add up in price since each ingredient is a charge. I added a few ingredients together and for some reason it was more divine than the same combination I've had countless times. The salad is HUGE and just downright fresh and delicious! The veggie chicken texture and taste were fantastic. Oh and the cookies are amazing as well. Lots of canned, bottled drinks options as well as wines for sale. Cute and cozy decor with plants everywhere.

I found this place on yelp and they do not disappoint. They have all different types of regular salads (Cobb, Cesar, etc) and some more fancy choices. Or you can configure it all by yourself. I had the Cobb salad and it was absolutely delicious. If I lived here I'd be a regular. Great service too. Highly recommended.

Wolfe with feta instead of parmesan is my new fav! Clean and bright restaurant. Friendly and extremely prompt service. Fresh and healthy food with no bad ingredients. What more could you ask for?

Adorable salad spot in the heart of Montreal. Their salads are really good and the service is great too. Loved the adorable ambiance inside.

The Opa salad was delicious. The portion was sizable for one person. This is a walk in restaurant luckily seating was available. No need to wait for a host to be seated. The menu has a selection of salad, smoothies and coffee. The menu and beverages are vegan friendly but you need to let them know while ordering. They offer vegan feta cheese and plant based milk. I got the Date me smoothie which was pretty good.

Salad was fresh and tasty. The servers were friendly and the decor was so freaking cute. If you don't feel happy walking in this place you are dead insides Pricing is a little high, but the portions are huge. We opted to split one salad which they had no problem separating into separate bowls and it was more than enough.

A montreal classic place with multiple locations. Comparable to fresh restaurants in toronto. The thing I like alot is the variety of items. There is meat items like duck for meat lovers. There are vegan and vegetarian options, but also dairy and meat options. Something for everyone regardless of who you are dining with. 10/10 quality and taste. Well dressed salads. There is lots of other items such as baked goods, kombucha, iced teas, coffees available.

I don't know what happened to the Crescent location, it used to be so much better! Now the quality of their produce just went down. I mean look at this purple cabbage that is clearly expired and a brown avocado. Gross! for a $20 bowl... not coming back again any time soon.

And then somehow in the moments between stepping in off the street and sitting down, you're swept away. I don't recall if music was actually playing but in my head there played a French song I had never consciously heard before. Mandys does this to you. Transcended. We arrived for a late lunch and found ourselves to be the only two dining. The salad menu is extensive. Build your own or culinary masterpieces (if salad is allowed to be considered in the masterpiece category of course) ranged from meat forward to cheese forward and fruit in between. I picked a Man Salad. Plenty of meat including bacon, heaps of vegetables including avocado and a caesar/ranch dressing. I know, it doesn't sound like anything unbelievable when I utter the ingredients, but there's something about how this salad is made -- perhaps with love? It won my heart as I crunched all to greedily on perfectly proportioned -- hefty bowl -- of lettuce and veggies. If you come hungry, you'll leave satiated and feeling healthy! The bowls are truly meal sized. And the sister owners? Well, their radiance beamed on all of the walls too! I sense they're going to be seeing me again!

Freshii is a Canadian-based international fast-casual chain serving healthy foods. There are hundreds of locations in Canada and the US. On the inside and outside of this location, I noticed branding for Yogurty's Froyo. So in addition to salads, wraps, bowls, burritos, soups, smoothies, and juices, they also serve frozen yogurt. They have self-serve machines with 12-15 flavors to choose from. There's also a colorful toppings bar. During our visit, there were 32 candy (and nut) toppings, 4 fruit toppings, and 3 syrups (e.g. chocolate, strawberry). This is a casual place with more of a cafe-type atmosphere than a full-fledged restaurant. Interior seating extends into the back (they have a decent amount) and there's sidewalk patio seating too (that's where we sat). The vibe is comfortable and laid back and the store has a playful, sort of modern and hip feel to it (though this sort of style is getting dated). The menu featured 4 smoothies and 6 juices. Most smoothies were priced at $5.99 each and most juices were $6.49 each. I got a Freshii Vert ($5.99) which is made with chou kale, epinards, ananas, and avocats. In English, that translates to a green smoothie made with kale, spinach, pineapple, and avocado. My friend got the Banane Et Fraise ($5.99) which is a banana and strawberry smoothie. Another friend got a bowl. Everything was made fresh to order so it took a few minutes, but not very long. The lady who prepared our order wrapped everything tightly and securely in plastic wrap which I appreciated. It made transporting everything worry-free. My Freshii Vert hit the spot. It was cold and refreshing. It tasted good and fresh. It wasn't too sweet and had an appetizing, smooth consistency. My friends liked what they got too. Freshii's smoothies come in one size only. I'm not sure how many ounces, but it would be considered a "small" or "medium" by most smoothie place standards. It'd be nice if they offered a larger size. I actually got my smoothie for only $3.99 instead of $5.99 because I noticed the changing section underneath the smoothie menu (it's digital) advertised "smoothie happy hour 2-6pm every day, only $3.99." Our visit was around 4pm on a Friday and the shop had hardly any customers at that time. Both the cashier and the lady who prepared our order for us were friendly. Wi-Fi network is Freshii and password is Energize.

Eating healthy(er) has been a goal recently, so Freshii seemed like a good option. Prices were cheap and there was plenty of choices. You can compose your own bowl with any of their available ingredients. For simpicity's sake we chose the Oaxaca bowl, which contains kale, beets, corn, black beans, avocado and crispy wonton on a bed of brown rice. The bowl was prepared bibimbap style, and everything was drizzled with a spicy yogurt sauce. The ingredients were all very fresh and yummy, but sadly I didn't like the sauce and struggled to finish my bowl. My boyfriend loved it, however - I think its his new favorite thing now. Although I wasn't too fond of the food, I have to say that Freshii's interior was pretty nice. They have nice benches with comfy, colorful pillows, and the decor gives the place a cheerful, youthful vibe.

Bonus points for whoever designed the sound system that played 80s music during our visit. Enough speakers to fill the room with sound, and the system didn't need to played loud to be enjoyed. Coffee was superb. Just the right strength, with lovely notes of chocolate. I had the chicken melt, which was incredible. Real chicken pieces, sauce with a touch of heat, and toppings with just the right amount of savoury. Her panini was equally good. The star of the meal was the french roast. Heated all the way through, with the right balance of fruit, cheese, and syrop.

Whenever I don't know what to eat but still want something good (and not too heavy), this is usually it. The chicken is always solid. Juicy, well cooked, and actually seasoned properly, which is not always the case at places like this. You can tell it's marinated and not just grilled plain. I usually get a bowl and load it up with veggies and a sauce or two. The sauces are really what make it for me -- flavorful but not overpowering, and they don't taste artificial. What I like is that you can build the bowl however you want. Some days I go lighter, other days I'm hungry and add more. Portions are decent and I usually feel full after, not stuffed but satisfied. Price feels fair for what you get. The place itself is clean and simple, nothing fancy but comfortable. Staff has been nice every time I've gone. Sometimes it's busy, but they still move pretty fast and don't make you feel rushed or ignored. It's not "fine dining" obviously, but it's reliable. And that matters. If you're looking for something fresh, filling, and easy, Poulet Rouge is a good choice. I'd recommend it, especially if you're tired of greasy fast food.
