We went through exactly what was needed for my truck, including the radio and other parts. I paid the FULL amount upfront, including labor. After that, weeks went by with little to no communication. More than a month passed without the work being completed or the parts being provided. I finally spoke with Mario again today, (August 11) and I felt like I was getting nothing but excuses and the runaround. During our conversation, he admitted that he messed up and that he should have reached out to me. He then told me the reason the parts had not been ordered was because his bank card had expired. Which sounded like nonsense. He's very unprofessional and is not trustworthy. Because I wanted to understand what was going on, I contacted the vendor where Mario was ordering the parts from. According to the vendor representative I spoke with, they had no record of an order being placed. When I brought that information to Mario's attention, he became upset and told me that they "shouldn't be telling you anything." At that point, I completely lost confidence in the situation. I told Mario I no longer wanted to do business with him. I have contacted my bank and will be disputing the charge so the matter can be handled through the proper process. The biggest issue for me isn't just the delay--it's the lack of communication and the explanations I received after I had already paid everything upfront. If there was a problem ordering the parts, I should have been contacted immediately instead of being left waiting for more than a month. This was a very frustrating experience, and based on how my situation was handled, I cannot recommend M&M Audio. STAY AWAY!!

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF…read more They charged me exceptionally high prices for some custom work I wanted done to my vehicle. I assumed from the other reviews & personal references that this place did professional work worth the extra cost. They however did work on my vehicle that was amateur at best & described by fellow car enthusiast as the worst they had ever seen. Let me start with the fact I was told tints, a roof wrap & powder coating my rims would take 3 days. It took a total of 5 days to get my vehicle back & on the 4th day the car was UNDRIVEABLE on pick up as they had put my rims/tires back on WRONG. The wrap was horrible & I mean HORRIBLE. I paid top dollar thinking they would put in extra effort & professionally wrap my vehicle. They must have put someone on the job who has never wrapped a car before because I'm sure I could have done a better job. Even the tints were not cut to precision and sloppy put on the vehicle. I found a beard hair in the driver side window tint within a day of picking up the vehicle. I now have to even take my car to the dealership for a tire alignment & inspection as I don't know what else was done to my vehicle but it has not been driving as smoothly as it was before.

So I can come back in and pay another 150 dollars to get a replacement bulb . The guy who sold me on them was no longer there and how do they know I got them from them ....anyway long story short - go somewhere else . People today do t realize if you do someone right they can easily tell 5-10 people hey go here they are good ....or tell everyone stay away ! Amen
