I would stay far away from this company. They have shown to be either fraudulent or totally unethical. When I had my first appointment Dr Wahl was adamant that I needed the Starkly brand) after doing research I learned that the Oticon were a better fit for my needs. I ordered hearing aids (oticon) Dr Wahl and I agreed he would submit the order for the top-tier. When I got my receipt it had the lower tier on the receipt. When I brought it to their attention, I was told it would take a few days to get the correct receipt. The day I was supposed to pick them up they told me there was a mistake and I would have to wait until the next Wednesday which was 9/3/25. I went to pick my hearing aids up and Dr Wahl actually took 2 of the little tools and set them aside and was going to keep them. He stated "those are more for him than me ". I asked him to put them back. As I was driving home (with my new hearing aids in. I noticed that the air conditioner in my car was extremely loud. (Background noise). Which is one of the downsides to the lower tier hearing aids, and because I have tinnitus I needed the top-tier. Moving forward when I got home the air conditioning in My Home was extremely loud to the point to where I could not keep the hearing aids in. At this time, I did some research and started looking at the hearing aids. I noticed that on the hearing aids, the description was the name of the lower tier hearing aids. However, on the receipt, the name, the description name on the receipt was for the top-tier hearing aids, and the serial number on the receipt was for the lower to your hearing aids. I also noticed that on the first receipt I got when I purchased the hearing aids. The description is the top-tier hearing aids And the billing code is for a totally different hearing aid. Now, when I first met Dr. Wahl, he bragged about how long he had been there and that it was a family owned company. So I was initially confident that he knew what he was doing. From my experience evidence shows that they're either pulling some sort of fraudulent scam or something because from the time I had to correct them and have them put the top-tier hearing aid on my first initial order receipt. And then the two other receipts with the discrepancies of the billing code and the serial numbers not matching the top-tier hearing aids I put a fraudulent claim in with my health insurance. Again, my heart goes out to individuals that aren't paying attention, especially our seniors that go in there trusting that this is a safe place and that they are not going to be taken advantage of and that just don't do the research. The effects that I had from getting the Lower to your hearing aids how it affected my hearing with my tinnitus was torturous. And so Dr. Wahl called me back and left a voicemail stating that I was correct and they were going to fix it. It was just a clerical error. I don't believe it, why because the clerical error was brought to their attention when I first pointed out that they told me we were ordering a top-tier, but the receipt said the lower tier. One would think that with all the experience he says he has it would've been fixed the first time. AND as a professional when he was putting in the batteries in my hearing aid, you would think he would check the little small writing of the description of the hearing aid, which clearly had the label of the lower tier hearing aid. Are you telling me that A supposedly experienced Audiologist would miss that ? So where is the discrepancy ? I believe they didn't think they were gonna get caught. I believe they've been doing this for some time and because of the demographics of the people that they serve it hasn't been brought to their attention. !!! Stay away from this company.!!! If your parents are going here for hearing aids, I would encourage you to check the receipts. Make sure they're getting what they're paying for and they're the proper hearing aids for their hearing needs Because from my experience, Dr. Wahl pushes the Starley, which may not fit everybody's hearing need.!! he's probably getting a commission or something for selling those. One more thing I have also experience that if they want to change your appointment time, they're just gonna send you an email saying this is your new time without you confirming that you can even change the time. Which at the end of the day could cause a lot of stress for people.!! Bad business all the way around I don't care how long they've been in business. It's unethical and causes a lot of stress, which is something we don't need these days. Please find another audiologist.!! Stay away!!!

From the very first appointment, Dr. Rodriguez was extremely understanding, respectful, and professional about this. On surgery day, he made a genuine effort to honor my wishes and align his team accordingly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. My deviated septum surgery could not have gone better. Dr. Rodriguez and his team have been outstanding every step of the way, and I'm truly grateful for the care I received. I would absolutely recommend him.

IF YOU LIKE BEING TOLD ONE PRICE, THEN BILLED FOR MORE THIS IS YOUR PLACE!…read more Saw Dr. Rodriguez on 10/9/25 for a throat exam. Was quoted one price for an exam copay of $60. Upon my examination Dr. Rodriquez suggested I do a nasal scope along with a CT scan as it would be more beneficial to rule out anything. I asked if it would be an additional charge and he and his assistant who were in the room stated they would go check with the front desk. They came back and said it would be an addition $117.72 for the scope and $100 for the CT scan. Bringing the total to $277.72 and I was okay with that, I confirmed with both Dr. Rodriguez and his assistant that the total would be $277.72 and this would be the best course of action to rule anything out. They confirmed that the nasal scope and CT scan would rule anything out and give me peace of mind, along with repeating the price back to me of $277.72. I do the scope and scan, I get a clean bill of health with some minor concerns (deviated septum). I go to the front desk to pay and was told it would be $277.72 for the appointment, Nasal scope, and CT scan. I pay and am on my way with a clear bill of health other than discovering I have a deviated septum which they recommended I fix. I was iffy on the surgery and was told I could cancel anytime prior to booking the anesthesiologist. They said they would call to schedule a pre opp, but never called me. Months later I get a bill asking for more money and that I had an unpaid balance. Which didn't make sense due to me paying in full before leaving the office. I call them and Amy from Adobe ENT picks up, I state that I received an invoice for an unpaid balance from my appointment. But there has to be some mistake due to me paying my bill in full. She looks at my account, and placed me on hold while she looked into it. She states that they billed me for a throat scan, not a nasal scan so there is a difference. I stated to Amy that I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges and was told the CT scan and nasal scope would be an addition $217.72 . I then stated I was told my total was $277.72 two-three times prior to performing both the nasal scan and CT scan. I expressed to her I feel I shouldn't have been billed for their mistake. She didn't care and repeated that I do have an outstanding balance bc they made a mistake and charged me wrong. I told her I was told 2-3 separate times the total price and was told my total by the front desk and the procedures I had prior to paying. She didn't know what to tell me other than I had to pay the bill. Dr. Rodriguez was good, however the experience I had with the billing department and Amy was less than ideal. I shouldn't have been billed for their mistake, I was told by Dr. Rodriguez/his assistant/and the front desk that day the total would be $277.72 for the office visit, nasal scope, and CT scan. Just to be billed months later for their mistake. This is why healthcare in this country is a joke, it's all about squeezing every cent out of the patients!! The business should've taken accountability for their mistake since they admitted they made one, not bill me for it!

To offer the TLC and informative care that I received as a non paying customer is aMAZIng and greatly appreciated. Carlos treated all my questions with wisdom and showed me in live time on TV screen my inner ears. This was a treat as I have never experienced the now time, patient, professional explanations. I will return eventually and hopefully this time I will not have such a difficult time finding it. FYI Hear USA advertises FREE exams and Carols told me I was welcome to return at no charge when a decision is made as to what I am going to do. I will be returning to get HearUSA for sure.
