I saw two other ENT's that were not able to help me before finding Dr. Rodriguez. I saw him initially for help with Meniere's Disease. He was the first ENT to check to see if I had allergies that could be an underlying trigger. I was amazed to learn that I not only had allergies, but that I had extreme allergies to common environmental grasses and trees. I have completed 3+ years of allergy shots at his office, and have seen a big decrease in my Meniere's symptoms. After completing years of allergy shots, I asked why I might still need Breathe Right strips to sleep at night. He did a CT scan and found that I also had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. He did a septoplasty with inferior turbinate reduction for me 10 days ago. I was anxious about the procedure, as I'd heard of others online who had complications and difficult recoveries. Dr. Rodriguez patiently and empathetically answered all of my questions before the surgery. I did not feel rushed at all...he wanted me to ask everything and feel comfortable. The surgery was performed at the Deer Valley Surgery and Endoscopy Center, and everyone there was amazing. The anesthesiologist also answered all of my questions before the surgery. Recovery from this surgery is not super fun, but Dr. Rodriguez was right; the first 2-3 days was the worst (very little air going through my nose), but then it got easier. I never needed the prescription pain medication, just Tylenol. When I was concerned that I was bleeding too much, I called the office and sent a photo. I was reassured in minutes that all was well. I really appreciated his quick response. I had the nasal splints removed a week after the surgery, and I am SO happy! I can breathe easily through my nose, and I can sleep on either side without needing to use a Breathe Right strip. I have an Apple Watch, and I got a sleep score of 98 last night, which is a huge improvement! The 2 points were lost because I went to bed late, not because I woke up. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez. He's very good at what he does! I'm so glad I found him. The first photo is in the car right after the surgery. IF YOU LIKE BEING TOLD ONE PRICE, THEN BILLED FOR MORE THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Saw Dr. Rodriguez on 10/9/25 for a throat exam. Was quoted one price for an exam copay of $60. Upon my examination Dr. Rodriquez suggested I do a nasal scope along with a CT scan as it would be more beneficial to rule out anything. I asked if it would be an additional charge and he and his assistant who were in the room stated they would go check with the front desk. They came back and said it would be an addition $117.72 for the scope and $100 for the CT scan. Bringing the total to $277.72 and I was okay with that, I confirmed with both Dr. Rodriguez and his assistant that the total would be $277.72 and this would be the best course of action to rule anything out. They confirmed that the nasal scope and CT scan would rule anything out and give me peace of mind, along with repeating the price back to me of $277.72. I do the scope and scan, I get a clean bill of health with some minor concerns (deviated septum). I go to the front desk to pay and was told it would be $277.72 for the appointment, Nasal scope, and CT scan. I pay and am on my way with a clear bill of health other than discovering I have a deviated septum which they recommended I fix. I was iffy on the surgery and was told I could cancel anytime prior to booking the anesthesiologist. They said they would call to schedule a pre opp, but never called me. Months later I get a bill asking for more money and that I had an unpaid balance. Which didn't make sense due to me paying in full before leaving the office. I call them and Amy from Adobe ENT picks up, I state that I received an invoice for an unpaid balance from my appointment. But there has to be some mistake due to me paying my bill in full. She looks at my account, and placed me on hold while she looked into it. She states that they billed me for a throat scan, not a nasal scan so there is a difference. I stated to Amy that I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges and was told the CT scan and nasal scope would be an addition $217.72 . I then stated I was told my total was $277.72 two-three times prior to performing both the nasal scan and CT scan. I expressed to her I feel I shouldn't have been billed for their mistake. She didn't care and repeated that I do have an outstanding balance bc they made a mistake and charged me wrong. I told her I was told 2-3 separate times the total price and was told my total by the front desk and the procedures I had prior to paying. She didn't know what to tell me other than I had to pay the bill. Dr. Rodriguez was good, however the experience I had with the billing department and Amy was less than ideal. I shouldn't have been billed for their mistake, I was told by Dr. Rodriguez/his assistant/and the front desk that day the total would be $277.72 for the office visit, nasal scope, and CT scan. Just to be billed months later for their mistake. This is why healthcare in this country is a joke, it's all about squeezing every cent out of the patients!! For personal reasons, I prefer not to have male doctors, but there were no female ENTs covered by my insurance. From the very first appointment, Dr. Rodriguez was extremely understanding, respectful, and professional about this. On surgery day, he made a genuine effort to honor my wishes and align his team accordingly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. My deviated septum surgery could not have gone better. I just had my first ever invasive surgical procedure and not only did it go well, I feel amazing only 1 week post-op. Dr. Rodriguez was great however back office women, Ollie, was very rude, lacked patient care and service. She offered no answers to my questions, and acted like I was a bother being a patient and asking questions about future appointments. I asked to see Dr. to ask him questions that she was not answering and she stated "he has a lot of patients" without offering any salutation, emphasizing me being one of those patients for the day that didn't matter. She lacked all manners, I said thank you when leaving and she turned her back to me without a word and did not even say hi when I walked up. She reflected no patience when going through paper work, concern and communicated in a rude and rushed demeanor throughout the whole interaction. I have felt welcomed, treated with respect, and am comfortable having my ENT issues evaluated and treated. Dr. Rodriguez is intuitive, well-trained, and able to diagnose and treat many ENT issues. I now look forward to have my "broken nose" from 72 years ago finally fixed! There is CT scan equipment there and a small surgical suite for some procedures as well as an excellent hearing specialist. Thanks to Dr. Johnson my hearing aids are pretty much restoring my ability to hear as well as I did 25 years ago with improvement in dealing with tinnitus as well. I want to preface this by saying Dana was amazing. Now into the issues: Was told when I made my appointment that the provider, Dana, was contracted with my insurance. Was also told that nothing would be collected at time of service. Come to find out days after I was seen, she is only contracted with Medicare and no other commercial insurances. I found this out after finding out they hadn't even billed my insurance yet (I had to call my insurance to find out) but still told me after my appointment 'we already billed it' (which is not possible 30 seconds after being seen) and still had me pay before even billing my insurance and leaving my appointment. They also bill under a different provider which should only happen if that provider was in the room during the exam and I can definitely say that there was only one provider in the room. I really loved Dana, she was incredible, but the office experience outside of my exam completely ruined the entire appointment. The front office staff are very rude and seem to not have a clue on what's happening. I recommend taking your business elsewhere to a place where they are more transparent and kind. read more

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr.Rodriguez is truly one of the nicest people i have ever met. My daughter was getting her tonsils removed and she was so scared, he did everything he could to comfort her, truly went above and beyond. The staff is just as good, they are all so nice and kind. My experience with Adobe ENT and Dr. Rodriguez was marvelous from start to finish. Dr. Rodriguez performed several procedures on my nasal passages, in addition to a tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy (all during one operation) after a previous ENT told me to 'just gargle with salt water' after years of infection, pain, and breathing issues. Writing this review, I am 3- weeks post-op, and so glad that I decided to trust Dr. Rodriguez and his clinic with improving my health and various ENT issues. One suggestion I would make is that more office and clerical staff is hired to ensure prescriptions get filled, information & test results get communicated, etc., in order to accommodate the expanding practice and increasing number of patients. Appointment times and location (close to the 101 in N. Phx) are very convenient and staff are great with patients and working with insurance for patient benefits. read more

Extremely disappointed in this office. I had high hopes as he had good reviews. This place is a sham. Dr and staff just push you through. Routine tonsil and adenoid removal. Doesnt matter what the situation must remove both. Dr has little reason. Just 'need to remove' so instead of actually solving the problem Dr just removes both and sends you on your way. Never actually fixing the damn problem. What a BS Dr. Just there to collect your money. Which was A LOT. This Dr is a waste. However, I did find a great myofunctional therapist out of this situation. Guess what! Solved the mouth breathing, snoring, tongue thrust etc. This Dr would have removed my childs organs without solving the problem. You suck. read more

Do not come to this office unless you want to be spoken down to & treated disrespectfully by their front office receptionist. She is cold & rude from the moment you step in and has no customer service skills. 3 years my son has been going here and she has been rude on more than one occasion. She does not do a very good job of explaining their billing process and gets angry/frustrated extremely fast if you have to ask for clarification more than once and runs off to ask for help from a doctor because she can't handle it on her own without flying off the handle at people. Once she finally walked away the biller was able to explain everything more clearly and even stated "yeah how she was saying it was really confusing". She proceeds to tell ME I'm the rude one just because I didn't understand their process and had to ask her to explain again because I was confused and because I don't do this for a living. After we left I called and left a lengthy voicemail for the office manager about the horrible experience with her and have received zero calls back. They clearly do not care to keep patients coming back or to make things right after their staff has mistreated someone. Truly unfortunate because we love the audiologist at this office, but we won't be returning because I won't be spending my hard earned money to be treated that way by anyone ever again. There is a reason it's been a revolving door of audiologists at this location clearly- their have been 3 different ones in the 3 years we've been coming and I have a feeling their office staff might have A LOT to do with why. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Rodriguez for a couple years. I sought his assistance because of what I believed to be a deviated septum. Dr Rodriguez confirmed this and found several polyps. Since the surgery my breathing and sleeping has improved dramatically. Also, I'm a distance runner and never imagined how much improvement my performance could be because of the surgery. My experience with Dr. Rodriguez was excellent! I had a mysterious swelling under my jaw that had been examined by a few other doctors prior to my referral to Adobe ENT. Dr Rodriguez thought it might be a (harmless) lipoma and gave me the option of pursuing surgery or keeping an eye on it over time. I was never pressured for surgery, but chose that route to solve my problem. As it turns out, I had a substantial mucocele growing around and consuming a submandibular salivary gland. This was not going to heal or go away, so in hindsight it was important to remove this growth. Dr. Rodriguez has great bedside manner, speaks in a way patients can understand, and has an excellent sense of humor. read more

If I could give this doctor 0 stars i absolutely would. I'm a News Anchor so my job literally rides on my hearing. I've been having trouble with my ears feeling clogged. I thought it was just ear wax so I went to my primary doctor. He then told me there was no ear wax and recommended that I go see an ENT because he thought there could be a bigger issue. I spent a lot of time researching and trying to find the best ENT with the best reviews to go to. I saw Dr. Rodriguez and based on his reviews I thought I would give him a try. Huge mistake. Now I see why there's only a 26 reviews. They asked me to fill out paper work before I got there for my reservation so I could get in ASAP. Well I still ended up having to wait 3 hours. I usually don't mind because I get it, it's the doctors office and people need attention. What disappointed me was from the moment he walked in you could tell he was in a rush and didn't feel the need to take his time with me. I told him about my experience with my other doctor and he basically ignored it and still pushed that the issue was ear wax even though I told him that I had my ear completely cleaned and still had this issue which is why I was referred to him in the first place. He ignored everything me and my roommate tried to tell him and basically acted as a know it all. After he cleaned my ears he had me do 3 different tests. I told him my ears still didn't feel right and it still felt clogged but he kept telling me it's "normal" and the tests would show that my hearing is fine. By now I was already feeling like he wasn't gonna pay much attention to the tests because he already wanted to be right. This was proven true because one of the test the nurse couldn't conclude anything because she said for some reason my ear wasn't working properly with processing the sound correctly. Instead of taking it seriously they ignored it. The 2nd test my results ended up being below average but they considered it still "slightly normal". I'm only 21. If I'm telling you my ears were never like this and I can barely hear from one and my results even show my hearing is decreasing why wouldn't you take that seriously?? Why wouldn't you want to help when it's your job??? He ended up literally telling me to ignore my issues that I was having and guess what? Now it's 5 times worse. Now I hear ringing all day every day. I can't even pray in silence anymore because being in silence and hearing ringing just feels terrible. I still can't hear well in my right ear and am always asking people what they said which is majorly affecting my social life because I don't even want to be around people anymore. Something i have never felt. My ears are EXTREMELY sensitive to the point where just a phone ringing on low bothers them and sometimes I can feel my hearing going in and out now. All of these new symptoms happened just a week after I was looked at by this doctor. My roommate could even tell he wasn't taking it seriously and recorded the conversation with the doctor with her phone because it was so obvious he was being negligent. I spent $200 after insurance for them to tell me "ignore it" and for it to get worse a week after. I wanted to say something then out of frustration but it got to the point where I just felt like what's the point. They don't care because obviously all they wanted was the money. I'm hoping maybe somebody else sees this review and listens to the warning because i sadly didn't have anyone tell me these things before I went. I asked so many times if there was anything he could do to help and the only solution he gave was ignore it or "make my hearing worse" with tubes. He made me feel so discouraged. My roommate felt like it had to do with the fact that I'm African American. I cannot say rather that's true or not but I do know I was not taken seriously. I really thought I researched and found a good doctor who by the others reviews seemed like he cared but obviously not. I am never rushed--and explains everything in detail. He also has a sense of humor which helps when one is already under a tense situation.
