They could'nt be better - the staff and the doctor. Friendly staff, easy patient systems, and GREAT follow up. More specific, in my opionion, there are very few ENT doctors like Dr Heagen. He was very throughout in in determining the best path of action for my blocked right sinus. He was also the ONLY ENT that really listened and understood the deep mental and physical effects the right blocked sinus was causing me for the last two-three years. I loved him he was amazing and I loved stuff he works with they were kind, patient, nice and very understanding towards me and my husband. The first time when I called them their appointments were full up to 3 months and I explained my situation and that I didn't know how emergency it was for me to wait this long to see ENT Dr then person on the phone she just told me to bring my CT scan the next day in the morning and she ll show it to a Dr to look at it. They called me next day and booked me appt for a next week it was so easy and fast. So originally I found out about my nose issue from my dentist because of the scan they took and Dr. Timothy asked me to write down my dentist cell so he could talked to him in person and explain a lot of things. In addition to all of that I never felt rushed or pushed he talked and listen to me as long as it needed I don't get to meet doctors like that very very often like suuuupper rare+ it is a very nice looking office . I have been seeing Dr. Haegen for more than three years now; I have chronic sinusitis and had my first sinus surgery with another doctor 8 years ago. Despite the first surgery, I still have problems. Dr. Haegen is thorough, always takes his time and explains things, considers alternative options and wants to holistically treat you. I've been working in coordination with an immunologist and my primary care physician and often depend on Dr. Haegen's notes, recalling past treatments and infections. I had a second sinus surgery with Dr. Haegen and he explained that we still need to get to the root of my infections but the surgery (more aggressive compared to my first surgery) will ensure that I'm able to respond to antibiotics by opening up more, including my septum and removing polyps.
