Each of the staff introduced themselves and took an interest in my wellbeing. It was impressive. I did need a hearing aid in one ear and my doctor said we would hold off the other one to see if I liked the first one, while saving money. They offered good/better/best and I opted for 'best'. That said, I was preparing to spend about $2500 for the best but it came in at $1700, which was great. If or when I need my second hearing aid, I will absolutely be going to BENT.

Instead of calling us ahead of time to cancel, they waited until we arrived and tried to blame the cancellation on us being nine minutes late. I had already sent two portal messages saying we were on our way. The receptionist, Kenya, was rude and unprofessional, and kept shifting blame instead of taking responsibility for the office not having the provider in that we were scheduled to see. This was after they also failed to send in my child's prescription on time, even though the medication was supposed to be taken for 2 weeks before the appointment. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. We have been patients for 4 years, but after today disaster, we will NOT be going back.

I went to Dr. Raines for a sinus surgery. Before the operation he determined that I also needed…read moresurgery for a deviated septum. He let me know that there are possible complications with the surgery (brain damage), but failed to mention he may damage the structure of my nose and change its appearance for the WORSE! The surgery was not supposed to visually change the shape of my nose in any way (I felt fortunate that I really liked my nose!). Instead, the bridge of my nose lost its shape and I now have to get routine injections to try and rebuild the bridge and restore the shape. Dr. Raines acknowledged the change in appearance, but refused to be of any help with the situation, stating that "many people would still be happy with the shape". I would not recommend Dr. John Raines to anyone. I fully understand that outcomes can't be guaranteed in the medical world, but the way a doctor handles a situation when he is clearly the cause of unexpected and truly upsetting damage strongly reflects his overall character and in my opinion, his competency as a professional.

Once he and his receptionist knew I was consulting with another ENT doc, he dropped my case and asked me to go elsewhere. I begged him. He literally told me I will not be able to sue him because of the fine prints in the agreement and I can only go to arbitrage, which he's not afraid of. My husband went to Dr. Haegen as a referral after our dentist saw what might be a pocket of…read moreinfection in the sinus from an old root canal. We were hopeful that we might gain insight into a few recent health issues, so we were grateful for the referral. Dr. Haegen's office got approval for the CT scan through our insurance and we felt like we had all the info we needed. Dr. Haegen performed the CT scan and a nasal endoscopy during the visit. The information we received at the end of the visit was that my husband had a slightly deviated septum and a nasal polyp, neither of which was causing him any problems. Dr. Haegan said that doing repairs to either could cause more damage than surgery would probably fix. Two weeks later, we got a bill for almost $500!!! My husband initially called and spoke with someone who went over everything and apologized that the office hadn't communicated what the copays were. She said the way the office gets around this is by having people sign a blanket form accepting financial responsibility when they come in. When I called to ask additional questions, I was told that the form my husband signed in the waiting room "clearly explained" that there were procedures that might not be fully covered by insurance for which he would be responsible, and if he didn't want the nasal endoscopy or CT scan, he should have said no. All of this was said with a lot of attitude and no desire to help in any way...other than the doctor and the office. If you choose to go to this office, I would ask A LOT of questions about the exact costs, if there are any procedures they can skip, and I wouldn't count on them looking out for your best interests in any way. They won't.

Dr Natasha and the whole One Medical staff are fantastic. I have had different doctors around the…read morevalley and this office just really goes above and beyond. Dr Natasha takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. She is kind and has a sense of humor. The lab is amazing. The phlebotomist does the most painless blood draws I've ever experienced and results come back quickly. Dr Natasha also explains lab results through the messaging app which is much faster and more pleasant than other offices that take a "no news is good news approach." Also, the app is great. I've used it a couple of times and it has saved me some visits to urgent care.
