After a not so great experience at Biltmore ENT I did some research and visited Dr. Rehl's office at the AZ Sinus Center and I'm glad I did! He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain his process and any questions I had. It's obvious he cares about his patients and he makes the extra effort to get the right diagnosis. (Also has one of the steadiest hands in the west!) I didn't have to wait very long after checking in and his staff made onboarding and out boarding a breeze. I have been seeing Dr Rehl intermittently for the last 10 years. He is very kind and listens to your concerns. He thoroughly explains everything that he finds, what your options are and why he feels it is or isn't necessary. His office is clean and updated. Dr. Rehl is one of the most compassionate and thorough doctors I have seen in a very long time. After being referred to him from another office of Valley ENT -Gilbert, I was not expecting much. (check my review) I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Dr. Rehl not only treated me like a person, but took my specific issues into consideration while treating me. He personally called me twice once right before surgery to see if I had any last minute questions. His assistant, Steph is amazing also. I consider myself blessed to have been referred to him and his office. Too often doctors forget that they are treating a person, but no Dr. Rehl. If I could give him more stars I would, he is that good. He explains everything, allow you to ask as many questions as you want and never makes you feel like he is rushing you. Dr. Rehl specializes in difficult sinus cases. I'm a relatively new patient with a long history of chronic sinus infections and breathing issues. After two careful exams, which I was able to watch on a computer screen, Dr. Rehl has developed a treatment plan that includes an upcoming surgery. This I take as good news since previous ENT doctors have largely failed to relieve my symptoms over the last decade. I will update this review after a reasonable recovery period following the surgery. At this stage, hope feels good! read more

Dr. Rehl is a very considerate individual. He takes his time with you which doesn't happen these days in the practice of Medicine. He listens well and will ask the question he needs to to give you his best expertise. Proof positive of this is the way he works with my friend who is in her fifth year of Alzheimers. She has major allergies and I think he has done better in this area than any physician I've taken her to even before she started suffering from dementia.. His staff stays on top of things as well. While my first meeting with Dr. Rehl had its virtual challenges during Covid closure, we had a plan moving forward and the follow-up in-office was great. He and his staff are wonderful, make you feel comfortable and answer all the questions, even the lists of them I'd send via email after the appointments I decided to have a septoplasty, bone spur removal and turbinate reduction with Dr Rehl a week ago and he removed the splints in-office yesterday. While I'm still healing, I am amazed at how clearly I can breathe and know it's only going to get better from here. I live in Mesa so most of my doctors are in the East Valley but I really wanted to make sure I had the best because I have suffered with headaches for years and thought it was sinus related. Dr. Reyl was kind, informative and gave me the information I needed to get to feeling better. He was even able to do a CT scan while I was there so I didn't have to go somewhere else and was able to get my results right away. That was such an added benefit. Dr. Ryan Rhel is one of the best, if not, the best MD I've ever had. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, and caring. He diagnosed my need for turbinate reduction surgery, explained the process, and answered all my questions. Surgery went very smoothly and I could breath better immediately after surgery. Follow ups went well and Dr. Rhel was helpful and professional. The front office staff (scheduling and billing) can be very serious and almost combative at times, but the nurses and Dr. Rhel are so great I deal with their curt attitudes. I had to wait about six weeks to get my first appointment with Dr. Rehl, in order to assess my long-term sinusitis problems. Boy was the wait worth it! It's amazing how in the day of Internet research you really think you can diagnose yourself and you really think you have explored all possible ideas for what is wrong with you. Listen, Dr. Ryan Rehl has been my ENT specialist for over 5 years and he is absolutely hands down an artist of his craft. I was unable to breathe from my nostrils, smell, or taste for 5 years. He did the sinus surgery and now I can do all three. He told me to do this a long time ago, but I was just avoiding, now I can see the quality of life I was missing all this time. Dealing with the office manager and billing was a nightmare. The Dr seems alright, but I chose to see a different Dr after this bad experience because sadly the Dr is over his employees and if this is who he has represent him I cannot Trust my body to that person. He was referred to me by Dr. Thomas Carter the head orthopedic surgeon for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury who repaired my blown ACL last year. DR. After sinus and allergy issues that plagued me from my childhood until the present day, my allergy doctor recommended I see an ENT. Dr. Rehl was at the top of her list. I was able to get a CT Scan in his office followed by an office visit a couple of weeks later. Dr. Rehl and his staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Rehl diagnosed two issues (chronically infected sinus cavities and enlarged turbinates) and suggested an outpatient surgical procedure to solved both issues. He also told me that my nasal passages WOULD NOT have to be packed with gauze post surgery (a different ENT six years prior told me that he would have to pack my nose for 5 days!!). My response was - book the surgery! I scheduled the surgery for about 5-6 weeks from my office visit. I received a call from his surgery scheduler on a Thursday morning to let me know someone had cancelled their procedure for the following Monday, Aug 27th. Thus, I was able to move my surgery date up by 3 weeks! I just went to my first post-op appointment this week. I can already tell that my ability to breath is greatly improved and I have several weeks of healing to go. I would highly recommend Dr. Rehl. He cares about his patients and is on the cutting edge of ENT procedures. read more

Dr Rhel is excellent. I am a RN and very particular about my physicians. He is an excellent surgeon and I had a complicated sinus condition. I felt in good hands and he was very thorough. I healed well, without infection ( not always the case these days) and this is a direct result of excellent physician, facility and staff. He is kind, gentle and answers all your questions completely. I do feel his staff is a little unorganized but I'll take that to have a great physician. read more
