I waited 4 hours to get the meds and trying to call into their office is a complete joke, their call center is completely rude and hung up on me multiple times and refused to help transfer me to the office just so I could ask when they were going to send my medication only for me to drive back to the office to finally get an answer. This continued for 3 days! I called the next day crying in absolute pain and finally got pain meds only for them to not work at all and today calling their on call doctor at 5am and not hearing back anything until I personally had to call to speak with his MA and was in such absolute pain that they were finally going to get in contact with the doctor. At this point I was so fed up I went to the ER and was immediately treated and cared for way better than this office even attempted. Their clinic manager, Sandy doesn't give two shits either and was almost blaming me for why my pain was so bad and making it out to be that I didn't follow my medications as directed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! All I wanted was help and to get the adequate care I deserved and this place was a nightmare! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!

I was very nervous about having to replace it because the original procedure had been SO painful, and Dr. Leff said we didn't have to, that we could try without if I wanted to, and if I changed my mind it was easy enough to put one in. Long story short, after many months I chose to have a new tube replaced. He made sure to get a numbing solution he knew would work, was very sympathetic to my nervousness about the procedure without any condescension, and talked me though the procedure, which this time was not a big deal. I feel completely comfortable recommending him to anyone looking for an ENT. Another nice touch is the staff had decorated the outer office for Halloween and were painting pumpkins in the back. I work in the medical field myself and it's always nice to see a medical space that's well run but still takes the time to add a sparkle to the day : )

Each of the staff introduced themselves and took an interest in my wellbeing. It was impressive. I did need a hearing aid in one ear and my doctor said we would hold off the other one to see if I liked the first one, while saving money. They offered good/better/best and I opted for 'best'. That said, I was preparing to spend about $2500 for the best but it came in at $1700, which was great. If or when I need my second hearing aid, I will absolutely be going to BENT.

Instead of calling us ahead of time to cancel, they waited until we arrived and tried to blame the cancellation on us being nine minutes late. The receptionist, Kenya, was rude and unprofessional, and kept shifting blame instead of taking responsibility for the office not having the provider in that we were scheduled to see. This was after they also failed to send in my child's prescription on time, even though the medication was supposed to be taken for 2 weeks before the appointment. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. We have been patients for 4 years, but after today disaster, we will NOT be going back.

I hate to use the term "spunky," but that she was. She was a bit short, and had kind of crazy salt and pepper hair, tiny, old-fashioned tortoiseshell glass, and insisted that I call her "Izzy." Now, I've never been to an ENT before. In the exam room was a big, scary looking machine, armed with all sorts of wands, probes, lights, and brushes. I was not feeling secure about this whole thing. However, Izzy put me at ease, asked me lots of questions about why I was there, and my history. Even having those wands and lights jammed down my throat and up my nose wasn't all that bad. It wasn't exactly a day at the spa. But it wasn't horrible. I'm only withholding a star because I'm not 100% satisfied with my answer. But apparently less care is actually better for you, the studies say. That fact doesn't quell my anxiety levels, however.

When I arrived at their office I was told that the woman who who handles new enrollments was off that day, and they had no packets available. The receptionist I talked to said that she would add a note to our request. I asked her what assurances she could give me that the outcome would be different than the last two times. Her only response was "I apologize for your inconvenience." It was clear from her attitude that she really was not interested in following through. If this is the level of responsiveness toward someone who wants to become a client (and is about to hand over $1600), I shudder to think what it would be like as a actual client after they already have my money.
